Ryan Epps Ryan Epps 6’1″ | 235 lbs | DL Harrisburg | 2024 State PA is having a dominant season for Harrisburg at defensive line. He is a constant force in the backfield that the offense has to deal with. He has 12 sacks and 24 tackles for loss on the year. Epps also has a motor that never stops and with his relentless attitude he puts a ton of pressure on offenses.
Lucas Lawler Lucas Lawler 6’3″ | 220 lbs | LB Bishop McDevitt | 2025 State PA is a talented defensive lineman who does a good job of getting after the quarterback to create pressure. In the 1st quarter against Manheim Central, he created a safety by sacking the quarterback in the end zone. Lawler is a player whose motor t never stops and constantly makes plays in the offensive backfield. McDevitt is making a run at a 2nd State Title and Lawler will be a big part of it.
I also mentioned Brown on the offensive side, but he deserves recognition for his defense. On the year has has over 10 sacks and has constantly been a disruption in the backfield as well. Brown also has a motor that never stops. Finally, a super impressive effort to play both sides of the ball as a Sophomore and be as dominant as he has been.

Nolan Buzalka
Nolan Buzalka
Nolan Buzalka only played two games, but in his 2nd game I saw him play against Manheim Township I thought he played an impactful game. He was constantly in the backfield creating havoc. On the year he had 9 sacks and 11 tackles for the loss. Buzalka just a Junior is a player to keep track of going forward.
Linebackers:
Quintin Pfautz Quintin Pfautz 6’3″ | 210 lbs | LB Ephrata | 2024 State PA is a talented player who makes plays all over the field from his linebacker position. He is a sideline-to-sideline player. Pfautz was one of the driving forces in helping Ephrata make the District Championship game. Pfautz recently got an offer from Wagner University. His 1st offer.

Clancy known more for his running at running back also played linebacker for Township. He led Township with tackles on the year with 82 tackles. The junior is a player to keep track of next year.
Raytel Bryant Raytel Bryant 5’9″ | 180 lbs | DB Harrisburg | 2024 State PA is a talented player who can move all over the field and he makes plays. This year he has had 92 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks as well. He is a hybrid player who plays an in-box safety/linebacker. He was named 1st team linebacker for the Mid-Penn Conference a nice accomplishment.

Dane Bollinger
Dane Bollinger
Dane Bollinger is a playmaker at tight and linebacker for Cocalico. In his film, you see sacks and interceptions. He is also a tackling machine. He has 124 tackles on the year for Cocalico. Bollinger is one of the dynamic players for Cocalico. The Junior should only improve next year.
Amari Williams Amari Williams 6’2″ | 200 lbs | LB Steelton Highspire | 2024 State PA is one of the big reasons why Steelton-Highspire is playing at a high level on defense. Williams is a side-line player who makes plays all over the field for Steelton. He is a good open-field tackler who does a nice job coming upfield to make tackles. He is also a good blitzer who creates havoc in the backfield of the offense.
Defensive Backs:
Shawn Lee is known more as the starting quarterback for Harrisburg, but he plays as a defensive back as well. Lee is a difference maker at that position and will probably play that position in college. He has legit quickness and speed and uses that along with his ball skills to make plays all over the field.
Aaron Enterline Aaron Enterline 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Manheim Central | 2024 State PA is another player probably known more for his offensive performances, but he is a legit defensive back as well. He had a key interception against McDevitt when Manheim Central took McDevitt deep into the 4th quarter before they lost. Enterline has great size and a good combination of speed in quickness for that size.
Chase Regan Chase Regan 6’0″ | 180 lbs | DB Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA is one of the better defensive backs in the State. He had the big play to turn the game for McDevitt Friday night when he intercepted a pass and returned it for a touchdown. Regan shows good skills in coverage and is a ball hawk when the ball is in the air. The James Madison commit is a good player who should play well at the next level.
