Barrett has tremendous arm strength which he is able to use to lead his receivers down the field and hit them in stride with ease in the deep passing game. He has also shown the ability to escape pressure when needed while keeping his eyes down the field to make throws on the run. Knox also scored a rushing touchdown as a sophomore. Barrett doesn’t currently hold any offers but he has received a good amount of college interest and I expect a lot of eyes to be on him this upcoming season.

He has also shown impressive accuracy, putting the ball in a spot where only his intended receiver can catch it. Barrett doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is a quarterback who I expect college coaches to have on their radar moving forward.

Barrett has impressive pocket mobility, showing the ability to maneuver in the pocket to avoid pressure and escape when needed while keeping his eyes down the field to find the open receiver. He also throws a nice deep ball, showing the arm strength to stretch the field and touch to put the ball where only his intended receiver can catch it. Barrett also scored one rushing touchdown as a freshman. Knox doesn’t currently hold any offers but he should be a player to continue to keep an eye on going into his sophomore year.

What makes Barrett so impactful at the helm of the offense is his ability to remain composed under pressure and consistently connect with his man in the backfield. I also like Barrett’s arm strength and quick release as he showed off his ability to get the ball out before the defense could make contact.
