In the first quarter alone he found the endzone three times, including an 86 yard scamper that was shades of a techmo bowl classic. The way PJ made the defenders look on his third score was ridiculous he is having an all state type of season. Still awaiting on his final numbers but he regardless he helped Westfield get back in the playoff hunt.

One of the top performers in Virginia has been Aviance Young who has helped lead Brooke Point to a top seed in Region B. His senior night lead to 4 total touchdowns and over 100 yards receiving, it was a fitting end to his Black Hawks regular season. Perhaps the best two way player in the state Elon has a true steal on their hands.

I could of picked a number of candidates from West Springfield, the Spartans are quietly getting hot as we approach the post season. [player_tooltip player_id='1474206' first='Jevon' last='Austin'] had an evening with 9 receptions and over 100 yards. Finding the endzone once as well, Austin and the offense seem to be peaking at the right time.

Big win for Riverbend and senior [player_tooltip player_id='1699194' first='Zyvion' last='Hicks'] contributed in a major way per usual. Hicks had 2 touchdowns including an explosive kickoff return to help get by Stafford. The Bears sit in the 3rd seed for the 5D Region playoffs, Hicks is playing as well as anybody they will be tough out in the postseason.

SJA had another major win Friday night as they close out what has to be considered a successful year two under Coach Overton. The Strivers have many seniors we need re-rank including [player_tooltip player_id='2430895' first='Cordaro' last='Foote'] who had a great night in the win. Foote had 3 touchdowns and 155 receiving yards, he is a part of a high amount of uncommitted seniors.

Colonial Forge seems reenergized since their tough loss last month to Oakton, they have ripped 5 wins in a row. Currently sitting 1st in Region B the Eagles are getting all region type of play out of [player_tooltip player_id='1699051' first='Gabriel' last='Israel']. The senior had 3 catches for over 100 yards and two scores against Mountain View. Watch out for the Forge come playoff time they have been red hot.

South Lakes has been such a fun story to follow along this year and [player_tooltip player_id='2410897' first='Christian' last='Wyatt'] deserves his kuddos. Wyatt has been outstanding all fall and was determined to take down Madison Friday night. The senior had 6 total scores against the Warhawks putting the Seahawks firmly at the top approaching the postseason.
