Community Film Room: 2026 Ep. 2

We're midway through the season, so we're looking at "first games" tape and getting a better idea of which players are having strong seasons. Amidst that, we're continuing our Community Film Room" series. The premise is simple: share your film and get an evaluation. Robinson is a speedster who has added some nuance to his game in 2026. He's a special teams contributor as a kick returner and can use his speed to get deep from the slot. His ball skills have improved year-over-year, as you can see by his adjustments to some 50/50 balls on tape. He's not the biggest guy, but his explosive attributes allow him to play like a taller receiver in the air, and his burst off the line catches defenders flat-footed.      Gleisinger was completely off our radar before this piece, but after looking at his film, we have him slated to not only enter the rankings but also climb well inside the Top 500. He's a physically dominant player, with low 4.5s speed and plenty of strength, especially in his lower body. The result is that he's a force when blitzing off the edge. He's made a number of plays this season that haven't hit the box score, forcing early, erratic throws, blowing up blockers, and forcing offenses to shift protections to block him.   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://youtu.be/-FqFpdbS3LA?feature=shared </div></figure>     Romine is another product of Union Pines' stellar strength and conditioning program. He was near the bottom of the rankings before the year, but he's poised for a move up. That's partially due to his offseason transformation. He's playing 35 pounds heavier than we'd originally listed him, and he's gone from a linebacker/edge tweener to a true strongside defensive end who can disrupt the running game and still get after the quarterback.      Price's frame is a lot longer than his 6'2" height would suggest and that allows him to lock up interior defenders when he anchors in pass protection. He's a technically sound run blocker, too, and he'll flash the occasional dominant rep, putting defenders on the ground. He's physical and aggressive, always seeking out contact, even as a pass-blocker. He initiates blocks and doesn't often get shaken off once he's engaged.      We'll finish this episode of Community Film Room with a younger two-way prospect who is off to a great start. Carlberg initially hit our radar as a wide receiver, and though he's listed at safety, he's playing a lot of corner for South Rowan against spread attacks this year. Carlberg loves contact, and he's one of the better run-defending defensive backs in the 2029 class.
