Summer Spotlight: Breakout Season Candidates in The Buckeye State

All throughout the summer, we'll be taking a look at some top returning starters and young prospects who will make a big impact as the season rolls around this fall, spotlighting several prospects. Class of 2027 two-way lineman; solid offensive tackle who can run his feet on contact and create running lanes, but fit strikes me on the DL. Good first-step quickness, takes good angles to the QB, has the athleticism to leap and bat down passes. Good arm length and play strength. Williams can get around opposing guards and centers easily just by his first-step quickness and great pad level. Williams has impressive play strength, solid size for the position and a great frame to grow and add bulk. Very good special teams player. Undersized, but is a legitimate big-play threat especially in the return game. Has great vision and change-of-direction in space. Can make defenders miss downfield, and is an exceptional kick returner who can run and break away in space. Foy is a solid cornerback who can break on the ball effectively, time well with his hands to break up passes and register deflections. He is a very good run defender, making open-field tackles in space and taking great pursuit angles to the ball.
