It was a fantastic season opener and a tough opponent in Arbor View (NV). Kamden showed his big arm on his touchdown pass where he had to get the ball out early and didn't have his feet set and threw a perfect pass with precise ball placement. He calmed the offense down and made correct decisions all night. He did a good job scrambling around and biding time. He picked up good yards on the ground and tired out that defense in the second half. It was a masterful job against a strong defense.

Jake came in and took command. He did an exceptional job on his reads and being a quick processor. He took what the defense gave him and took shots when needed. He kept the opposing defense on their heels for the majority of the night. He didn't take all of the snaps during fall camp and the game still was slow for him. He should be the unquestioned QB1 going forward. He's simply the best Quarterback in the state for the 2029 class and for American Fork. He's a true Power Four starter and will continue to see a flood of offers come his way. His time is now.

Jaxon found his stride halfway through the 2nd Quarter and got in a good flow state. Once he settled down, he showed his poise and pocket awareness. He took the necessary deep shots to stress the secondary and found open receivers and let the game come to him. He showed off his arm talent and good ball placement in the second half. He also used his legs to move the chains and moved well within the pocket. He showed good pocket navigation and bailed out his line on some plays. He's got a great mind for the game and would not shock to see additional FCS offers and some G6 schools start to sniff around. Perhaps the most under recruited 2027 signal caller in the state.

Colton was poised and was efficient in his opportunities. He showed off his arm talent, led his receivers open, and kept the ball out of danger. He processed well, and even though it was a short afternoon, he stamped himself as a 2029 to notice. He's got the arm talent and t he necessary size to be a D1 prospect. All of the tools are there, and we got to see a glimpse of what is to come. Big year is ahead for Colton.
