He consistently commands double teams and has a natural nose for the football. He plays with great instincts and toughness and is a respected leader who leads more by example than by being vocal. His presence creates opportunities for everyone around him, making him a valuable impact player on any defense, who can also play both offense and defense.

OL/DE Walker Hornback, Nelson: Walker is a prototype DE/TE, he has great size and football IQ. Walker also commands double teams opening opportunities for his teammates to make plays. One of the most coachable kids you'll meet who loves the game of football, and a kid who will be making an early impact for his future high school team

QB Tye Weise, Wilsonville: Tye is a true dual threat QB with exceptional arm talent and speed. Tye commands the offense with his play and leadership skills. He has a way about himself and the way he carries himself gets his teammates to gravitate towards him and play for him. This kid can make plays downfield with his arm or legs which requires the defense to account for.

WR Braven Rule, Wilsonville: Braven is the twin brother to Ace. Braven is a physical but smart route runner who always finds the open zone to sit and get open. No matter if he's doubled or not he finds a way to get open for his QB. Braven understands how to attack defenders, can also blow by defenders with his speed and attack the ball downfield. He is someone to watch for in years to come to be a top wideout.

LB/QB [player_tooltip player_id='2117744' first='Roman' last='Wullbrandt'], Thurston: 2026 Oregon Bowl Defensive MVP. All over the field, can move sideline to sideline. Teams end up running away from him. Also very dangerous on the blitz. Solid quarterback prospect as well.

RB/LB Jackson Mathews, Thurston: Big, strong kid with wheels to go the distance. Can turn on the burners and beat you on the edge or cut a corner and make you pay physically. Really good linebacker as well, physical in all aspects of the game.

WR/DB Hudson Doty, West Salem: Great hands, good field vision, great speed. Has great body control when the ball is in the air. He's a smaller athlete, but finds a way to get open and make big plays on both sides of the ball

RB/LB Sean Matthews, Ida B Wells: Extremely raw, but very high ceiling. Very fast and athletic, once he gets a bit more football under his belt, he will be a problem for defenders.

QB/LB Dylan Harper, Oregon City: Lefty, very accurate, loves the deep ball and can hit receivers in stride, strong arm! Good on his feet and outside the pocket, not afraid to use his legs to get yards or run over defenders. Also a leader on the defensive side of the ball- can go sideline to sideline and make defenders pay physically.

This summer's Oregon Bowl event showcased all-star talent from around the state who are heading into their freshmen, 8th grade and 7th grade seasons.
