KHSAA Week 2 Fallout: Junior, Senior Standouts Around Kentucky

He threw for seven touchdowns as they put a running clock on a quality opponent in the middle of the second quarter. This comes after Burke threw for six touchdowns the week before. He added another touchdown on the ground, including another 50 yards to his credit, as well. Goodin committed to Ball State back in April but has a high ceiling in college football. At 6'3", he has great size for the position and an elite arm. What really impresses me when I watch Goodin play is his poise and ability to stand tall in the pocket in the face of pressure. He ultimately caught 14 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns. Those kinds of numbers are otherworldly at this level. While Collins couldn't pull out a victory, Hence has quickly established himself as one of the best wide receivers at the 5A level this season. His tandem with Ball State commit [player_tooltip player_id='378831' first='Kade' last='Goodin'] will be one of the best in Kentucky this fall. He finished this past weekend's matchup with 6 carries for 171 yards and two touchdowns, earning player of the game honors during the Cardinals' 42-21 win over cross-town rival Great Crossing. This came after Way finished Week 1 with 13 rushes for 115 yards. He currently holds offers from both Midway and Mount St. Joseph, but could find himself with a handful more if he continues to impress in the running game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
