Rose last fall. He completed a pass for 26 yards. He rushed 30 times for 136 yards, scoring on 9 of those attempts. He caught 40 passes for 545 yards and 6 touchdowns, finishing second on the team in each category. Defensively, he added 30 tackles, with two tackles for loss. He also grabbed 2 interceptions on the year, showing that he really is an exceptional two-way player. He used that size to muscle through defenses for a team-leading 809 yards rushing and 7 touchdowns. He also added 175 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns, with an impressive 21.9 yards per catch. On defense he had 44 tackles and 4 tackles for loss, with 2 sacks for 11 yards lost. He also picked off 2 passes and returned them for 59 yards, caused a fumble and recovered another. In coverage, he recorded an interception and also caused a fumble on the season.
