DJ makes a jump up within the top 5, going from #4 to know the #2 prospect in the MD/DC/DE 2029 rankings. Making him the #1 player in DC for the class and the #2 Edge prospect in the class that is loaded at the position. With prototype size, length, frame, and athleticism for the next level, it is no wonder 20+ colleges have already offered DJ. He showcases excellent get off and ability to bend the edge. Quick to the QB, using his length and athleticism to make plays in the backfield. Playing with a high motor, energy and intensity, he is not all flash and will lay a strike on the ball carrier. DJ is also developing a nice tool box of some viscous pass rush moves. A quick spin, twitchy out & in moves, and that dip around the edge ability makes him one tough player to stop for OTs.

You can just imagine as his frame fills out and gets into the 230-240lb range how dominant DJ could be. He has the skill set and ceiling to be one of the best in the country in the future.

Cardell continues his rise up the rankings with each update. Moving up 3 spots to the #4 overall and the #1 DL prospect, while also being the #2 rated player from MD. The main thing that lead to his new rankings is how much stronger and filled out Cardell has gotten heading into this fall. Adding roughly 25lbs to his frame that already looked the part. Cardell will be even harder to block this season as he add more power & strength to his already athletic and quick twitch ability from the DE spot. Cardell plays with a low powerful stance, that allows hims to win with either speed or power. He can use his strength to walk back blockers and shed or can long arm the OT to set the edge or win with speed, staying low and bend at the top of his rush to then flatten down the line to get to the ball. Cardell plays with a good motor, high energy and fluid hips.

His skill set makes Cardell a complete DE able to play in multiple schemes and multiple ways. It is no wonder he holds double digit P4 offers and continues to move up the rankings.

Casime makes a strong jump up in these rankings from #15 to #7 and is now the #3 overall Edge prospect. A pure edge playing stand up and exploding off the snap to make impact plays in the backfield. With the desired frame and length for the position, Casime has also started to fill it out well with good muscle. He has added ~10-15lbs of muscle over the spring/summer which will only make him a more destructive player. That is why he holds double digit offers from P4 schools and is poised to have an electric sophomore season.

TJ rises up two spots from his initial debut making it into the top 10 overall for the 2029 class. Now at #9 overall and still the #1 WR in this class, I am high on TJ going into this fall and expect a big year from him.

I was able to get eyes on him recently and his athleticism, strong hangs, and size stood out. Tall and long, standing 6'3" with a huge wingspan gives TJ a big catch radius. Showing he can go and high point the ball out of the air and make tough catches. TJ also shows quick twitch hips, able to change direction smoothly with no loss of speed. With that, I feel TJ's biggest improvement this season will be his route running. Not just relying in his speed and athleticism to beat DBs, TJ showed me the ability to drop his hips, breakdown, change speeds, and make strong cuts to create separation for himself. Developing into a complete X WR that can make big plays across all 3 levels of the passing game. Holding a few offers from UMD, USF, and Howard - I would not be shocked to see that number increase greatly after TJ's sophomore season.
