PRZVA Team Preview: Gar Field Red Wolves

For the second season in a row the Red Wolves fought for a region playoff berth but bowed out in the first round. In this year for the Red Wolves will be a new starting quarterback but returning are several all state performers. Gar Field could be a sneaky contender this fall.<em> "We have multiple key guys returning for us at important positions, with opportunities for young guys to step up and play key roles on the team. After a tremendous junior season he has collected 4 offers and a lot of high level coaches interest. He has breakaway speed and can do multiple things for any offense. Gar Field will have a new starting quarterback for the first time in nearly 3 seasons having an all state caliber player in Freeman in your backfield is quite the luxury. Quack is also a heavy hitter on defense he had 44 tackles last fall too. Coming back from an injury that torpedoed his sophomore season, Nelson did not waste any time earning all region honors as a junior. He is strong and athletic and was second team all district selection. He flies to the football and has a great back pedal. He too was all conference a year ago. On offense he takes pride in his blocking earning second team all region honors.
