So it's no surprise to see him near the top of the rankings, given that he has all the intangibles of a featured back at the next level.</p>   <p>His frame is solid and can withstand the punishment of being the No. 1 guy. Within this frame, Dillapree's refined footwork, lateral movement/quickness, and feel for the game allow him to be effective in space.
