He also shows good twitch and lateral movement to make tacklers miss in space and is a very high IQ and precise route runner that is quick in and out of his breaks and gets into blind spots before breaking off his routes. Cella is very dynamic as a returner as well with natural fielding abilities and vision in space with cutback skills while able to start/stop quickly and break away in the clear. Parker is one of the top safeties now in California for the 2028 class and is a big and physical tackler that can come downhill and stick ball carriers while showing tremendous range, closing speed and ball skills when going up and getting it at the point of attack. He checks many boxes as a true strong safety prospect and has the ideal size and upside for the P4 level with still two years left in his prep career.
