Cella is a very explosive and dynamic playmaker that can lineup in the slot or in the backfield and makes a big impact on special teams as a returner as well. Cella shows consistent hands to pluck the ball out of the air with body control from various angles and has true downfield speed in the clear while a long strider for his size that chunks yards and forces poor angles. He also shows good twitch and lateral movement to make tacklers miss in space and is a very high IQ and precise route runner that is quick in and out of his breaks and gets into blind spots before breaking off his routes. Cella is very dynamic as a returner as well with natural fielding abilities and vision in space with cutback skills while able to start/stop quickly and break away in the clear. He is one of the top playmakers in San Diego and is going to be another steal for a college program.
