Parker made the transfer from Kansas to Bakersfield to play for Garces Memorial this up-coming season and is a big time recruit and addition to the Rams who have been busy adding talent this off-season. Parker is one of the top safeties now in California for the 2028 class and is a big and physical tackler that can come downhill and stick ball carriers while showing tremendous range, closing speed and ball skills when going up and getting it at the point of attack. He checks many boxes as a true strong safety prospect and has the ideal size and upside for the P4 level with still two years left in his prep career. He currently holds offers from Arizona, BYU, Iowa and Iowa State among others and will be a 15+ offer kid by this time next year and is one of the top 2028 prospects in the valley.
