2028 Rankings: Need to Know New Additions inside the Top 100

While also easily being one of the top CBs in the class with prototype size at 6'1" and nice length. He does a great job shadowing receivers, staying in their pocket and running the route. Showcases good ball skills, can turn and find the pass quickly and get his hands on it for PBUs &amp; INTs. Able to play press man, off coverage, or in the slot / box, Israel offers nice positional versatility. He comes to Bullis for the 2026 season after transferring from Pallotti HS (MD). A great body kid with a lean 6'4" frame with length that should fill out very nicely. Nolan pops off the snap is strong overall athlete as he has played some TE as well and is a lax player. Showcasing fluid hips, able to slip past blockers and into the backfield. His pass rush moves are continuing to improve and adding more to his arsenal. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A prospect with very high upside, Nolan is one to watch for this season. He currently only holds one offer from Towson, but I expect plenty of P4 interest coming his way if he produces on the field up to potential. A player I saw live at the National Preps Showcase in May, and he put on a show. Really high on his potential and impact going into this fall season. Brynnen plays with nice strength &amp; intensity. Playing both OT and DT, he looks to be an impact IDL going forward. At DT, he's got a quick first step and pop off the snap. Able to get skinny and shoot gaps with burst. He fights through contact, shows power at the POA. Has an array of pass rush moves he can use, showcasing a club move, push/pull, rip. Overall Brynnen plays with active hands and high motor. While also playing with nice physicality and a violent player. He will hit through the ball carrier as well as a consistent tackler in the hole. Coming in just outside the top 50 and the #7 overall edge prospect. With ideal size and length at 6'5", he just needs to continue to fill out that frame. Nomue is a player that passes the eye ball test. Able to play DE in an odd front or slide inside at a pass rushing DT, he offers tons of positional versatility and can create nice mis-matches. He plays with a high motor, chases down the ball and fights through contact. Nomue shows active hands and ability to the bend the edge and dip under OTs arms to flatten down the line to the ball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>His recruiting is starting to pop, after picking up offers from UCLA and Nebraska. Nomue showed good promise last season as a sophomore but is primed to break out this fall for his junior campaign. With an impressive spring and summer, Evan has started to generate some nice buzz heading into his junior year. He put on a nice performance at the National Preps Spring Showcase in May. Measuring in at a verified 6'4" 227lbs, running 4.83 laser 40 with a 9'8" SBJ and dominating 1v1s. A nice athlete for the position, Evan has fluid hips, able to quickly change direction and fire off. He is quick of the snap, can run down ball carriers down the line and play the edge. As a pass rusher, Evan has nice bend and burst. Uses his length to his advantage, long arming blockers and pushing them back. He also shows active hands, able to swipe aways the OTs hands an get under the shoulder. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Just recently picking up his first offer from Maryland, Evan is another player with high upside heading into the fall. With a frame that will bulk up really well, with the athleticism to pair with. I recently saw Adrian live at a summer 7v7 and he passed the eye ball test, ooking the part on the hoof. A nice length with arms to his knees and a lean frame that will muscle up with more time in the weight room. Adrian is a solid overall athlete, runs with a nice long gliding stride with fluid movements and COD. Has seen a lot of action at TE, but I feel he will be a DE in the long run.
