Delaware State offered him late last week and this could be a turning point for other FCS schools to come after him. Byers is 5'10 with a good wingspan, he is coming off a sophomore campaign where he did not allow 1 touchdown. Georgetown was the latest and they will not be the last for the All League defensive back. He had three interceptions a year ago and he plays for a star studded defense.
