I thought he showed strong route recognition in some of those reps. There were a couple of instances where I thought he could've been more physical and disrupted the timing. Even in those instances, he showed solid recovery speed. There's one rep where he had a nice break on the route, which forced an incompletion. Bowlding had another nice rep in which he recognized that the running back was running an out-and-up route, beat him to the spot, and forced an incompletion. Solid day in coverage in my opinion

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2068365849065353685?s=20

I was able tos ee a few of Bigelo's reps. The best one may be where he recognizes the wheel route, stays in phase with the back, and beats him to the spot (causing an incompletion). There's another rep where the back runs a 5-yard out. He doesn't get the jam, but he still mirrors the break nicely. Also showed active hands by batting down the underthrown pass. Showed the speed to stay in base downfield with the backs he faced.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2063763571452842330?s=20

I thought Antonie did the best job of showing physicality, route recognition, and tight coverage. Consistent with getting his hands on the backs and disrupting timing. Did a great job of staying tight to the backs, whether it was short or an intermediate route. I love how he attacked the catch point and played through the running back's hands to break up the pass on another rep I watched. Definitely had the most balanced performance during the pass 1v1s.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2068367077207896472?s=20

I thought Hubbard showed that he can handle running backs in space. In one of his reps, where he guards against an out-and-up route, I thought he did a great job of not hesitating and flipping his hips to run the back. That ended up as an incompletion. There's another rep where he is physical and disrupted the running back's time with a jam. His closing speed was shown on that rep as well, as he batted down the pass on a 5-yard in route.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2061256630650490902?s=20

Perry has good straight-line speed, as shown in one rep in which he had to recover against a wheel route, resulting in an incompletion. Competes to the end and plays through contact to find a way to make a play on the ball. On one of the reps I watched, he did a great job of cutting off the running back's path downfield, causing an incompletion. Per his X account (formerly Twitter), he's actually 195 pounds. Sounds like a strong safety to me.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2068373295548756031?s=20

The 11v1 reps I saw of Flamer involved deep routes (specifically out-and-up routes). He showed strong closing speed in one of the reps and covered a lot of ground as he met the running back at the ball 20-25 yards downfield (incompletion). Always impressed with a linebacker that can break up passes at the watchpoint. Thought he did a nice job of not peeking early in the reps that I watched. I thought he looked comfortable in space against vertical routes.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2068374270141423645?s=20

Polk was very competitive in coverage and showed the ability to mirror and close on running backs in the reps that I watched. His ability to close the gap on backs led to some misthrows by the quarterbacks. Not flashy, but gets the job done. Thought he also did a nice job of taking good angles despite some of the backs running unconventional routes. Polk is able to stay in phase against both short and deep routes, based on what I saw from him in 1v1s. Wasn't fooled by fakes either.

https://twitter.com/EdOBrienCFB/status/2068374924566184395?s=20
