Polk was very competitive in coverage and showed the ability to mirror and close on running backs in the reps that I watched. His ability to close the gap on backs led to some misthrows by the quarterbacks. Not flashy, but gets the job done. Thought he also did a nice job of taking good angles despite some of the backs running unconventional routes. Polk is able to stay in phase against both short and deep routes, based on what I saw from him in 1v1s. Wasn’t fooled by fakes either.
