PRZNY Exposure Series: DL Notes II

He attended his second PRZ Showcase in Warwick, and had solid combine numbers throughout the afternoon. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Niko is on the smaller side for a Defensive prospect, and though he is young, he should look to improve in this aspect. He is a quick rusher, and the EDGE does suit him. He has a developing bend and hands, but should also continue to work on all his traits moving forward. I like the frame he entered with, and running a 4.65 shuttle time was impressive for a player of his size. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He is an interior Lineman, but given his frame, does show solid speed, which can see him play a bit of EDGE. He showed excellent strength for a prospect, and I liked his use of hands when bull rushing. He has a solid bend, but should look to improve in this aspect moving forward. I saw him compete and dominate at another showcase, and I knew I needed to see him in Warwick from that moment on. He had decent combine numbers, but really put together some good tape. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Pena is an excellent prospect, who displays an elite bag of tools he can use to rush the passer. I like his creativity, and ability to change up his moves. He is a quick athlete who needs to improve his frame, and should look to work on his footwork and hand placement moving forward.
