As I've said in previous articles, the NY Exposure Series was very deep in talent at every level and every position. Through the downpour, these players were still able to shine through with performances that would catch any coaches attention. I was thoroughly impressed with the tenacity and grit each of these players displayed, given the conditions. The 2nd Team All-Camp squad was right on the cusp of being 1st team, and they could have easily have earned 1st Team All-Camp at other events I have attended this year. These are elite athletes that will flourish on the field when the season arrives.

Standing out all weekend and earning 2nd Team All-Camp honors, [player_tooltip player_id='1674976' first='Jacob' last='Fortin'] brought a big stature and commanding presence to the NY Exposure Series in Warwick, NY. To start off, Jacob's arm strength was easily his biggest weapon. He showed the ability to drive the football into tight windows and laser in throws to every level of the field with confidence. Some of his best reps came when hitting receivers perfectly in stride, allowing playmakers to keep momentum after the catch, even in the pouring rain. He also showed off his lower body power during testing, recording the top broad jump mark of the event at 9'8”, adding another layer to an already impressive weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2064106' first='Rashad' last='Amaro Jr'] proved to be the total package with his versatility and playmaking ability this past weekend in New York. While smaller in stature, Rashad more than made up for it with his explosiveness, quickness, and ability to change direction in an instant. An absolute weapon in the open field, he consistently beat linebackers to the edge and created separation with his burst and agility. Amaro also showed strong value as a receiving threat out of the backfield later in the day, making him one of the more dynamic offensive players at the camp.

Cole Spoonire is the wide receiver representative for the 2nd Team All-Camp, bringing a stout presence to the outside and consistently making his impact felt throughout the event. Bigger than the average receiver, Cole still moved with impressive precision and speed, showing the ability to separate while maintaining strong body control through his routes. His relentless effort stood out from start to finish, competing hard in every rep. He also backed up his on field performance with a strong testing session, finishing top 10 in the 40-yard dash and placing 3rd overall in the broad jump for the entire camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='2103146' first='Trevor' last='DeGrazio'] consistently stood out with his combination of size, athleticism, and technique. Surprisingly quick for his frame, Trevor moved extremely well throughout the day and showed why pass protection is his specialty. One of his strongest showings came during the mirroring drill, where he displayed exceptional lateral movement, balance, and body control while staying technically sound. He played with good feet and control in his sets, making it difficult for defenders to gain an edge and proving himself as one of the more polished linemen at the event.
