Camp Standouts: Top Performers on the Showcase Scene

Jameer has made appearances at Marist, Towson, Georgetown, Sacred Heart, and Merrimack. At each stop he has had strong showings and made a name for himself for coaches in attendance. A playmaker on both sides of the ball, Jameer can be an impact at the next level in the slot at both WR and CB. During camp season, he has mainly been lining up at CB and has been shutting down WRs in 1v1s. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A ball hawk who plays bigger than his size and shows excellent ball skills. Jameer has excellent quickness in his hips &amp; feet and is able to make strong cuts/breaks whether locking WRs down or in his route running. A high academic prospect as well to go along with his athleticism, twitch and high IQ play. With stops at Delaware, JMU, and Vtech he has been impresive at each one. Recently measuring in with a verified 6'3" 295lbs, 10 1/4" hands and an 81" wingspan, he checks boxes and looks the part. Imposing his will on OL in 1v1s, Michael is able to get excellent leverage at the POA walking blockers back to collapse the pocket. While also showing the ability to rip through, slip blocks and when with quick in &amp; out moves. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A top DL prospect still uncommitted, Michael recently picked up his 5th offer from Merrimack. In June he camped at Georgetown, Howard and Columbia. Those check as Jacob is also a high academic prospect carrying a 4.5 GPA. A yoked up, athletic DB, I know Jacob caught a lot of coaches eyes at camp as he easily passes the eye ball test. He also test very well, with a verified 40" Vert and consistently getting 10'3-5" scores in his SBJ. Physical, explosive, and quick hipped, JSA fits the mold of a dynamic box S. His ability to quickly transition in his backpedal and have smooth COD allows him to cover lots of ground quickly. With stops at Morgan St, Howard, Liberty and Towson, Shephard coming up. A multi-sport athlete (basketball &amp; track) with excellent length reporting a 82" WS and high potential athleticism. Ronte is showing nice improvement in his route running skills at the recent camps, helping vault him as a prospect. He displays strong hands with a a big catch radius.
