He's gained valuable reps, and he is a signal caller who would be starting over several 6A Quarterbacks if he decided to transfer schools. He's a player I've seen in live game reps, and he's better in that setting as he can use his legs to move around the pocket and further stress the defense. Cannon processes extremely well, has a compact delivery, and has good arm talent. He is a signal caller who will stay in the pocket and get to his second read, and he can scramble around to buy additional time for his playmakers to get open. He is arguably the best second-string signal caller in the state. He would start at 6A this year for several teams.

Jaxon made several nice throws on the evening, including a couple of deep shots. He's an accurate passer who does a good job getting to his second read and allowing his receiver to pass one window to the next, and has a good internal clock. He keeps developing and improving each time I see him, should be a fun summer for Jaxon.

Sam was the other Quarterback that West decided to bring and Sam does what he always does, impress. He threw several good deep balls during the one-on-one sessions and during the 7's threw with good anticipation. He's got good arm talent and does everything you want to see in a signal caller. Sam has a bright future ahead, and for a 2030, he has every right to be the starting varsity quarterback for multiple years; he is a D1 talent. It was a great showing for him.

Chris is an all-around athlete. He slings the ball well, and his deep shots caught my eye. He has a compact delivery, and the ball jumps out of his hands. He's got a good spin rate, and he is a signal caller who moves exceptionally well. He's a twitchy athlete, and he is a breakout candidate.

That was our additional look at the signal callers that impressed.

May 5-8 featured four showcases, and here were the winners of the group by position. Let's break down the Quarterbacks.
