The Prep Redzone Exposure Series made the annual stop in Texas at Nolan Catholic in Fort Worth on Saturday. We've already had a ton of content up on the site from the event. In this breakdown, we're taking a look at the top five finishers in the L-Drill on Saturday. And spoiler alert. It's a Waxahachie-heavy breakdown as the top three finishers are from Waxahachie.

[player_tooltip player_id='1617116' first='Demier' last='Zamora'] - 2028 Wide Receiver - Waxahachie

Waxahachie 2028 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1617116' first='Demier' last='Zamora'] had a dominant testing performance this weekend. He finished all by himself in first place with a run of 6.5 seconds in the L-Drill. He also finished tied for first in the 40-yard dash and in the top three for the broad jump. Zamora had one of the more complete performances throughout the camp on Saturday. As we've noted a few times already, he's a 2028 prospect to keep an eye on moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1617114' first='Demico' last='Zamora'] - 2028 Defensive Back - Waxahachie

Waxahachie [player_tooltip player_id='1617114' first='Demico' last='Zamora'] 2028 defensive back was without a doubt one of the shiftier players in attendance on Saturday. In addition to finishing second in the L-Drill with a run of 6.59 seconds, he also finished in the top five for the shuttle run. That overall agility and athletic ability make him another name to watch moving forward. He had a really strong showing at DB and it was good enough to earn MVP honors for that position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1129743' first='Anthony' last='Newton'] - 2028 Linebacker - Waxahachie

The third and final standout from Waxahachie is 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='1129743' first='Anthony' last='Newton'] at the linebacker position. Newton finished third in the L-Drill with a time of 6.75 seconds. Just like with Demico, Newton also finished in the top five for the shuttle. In fact, he was in a tie for the fastest time on Saturday. The side to side movement and overall agility make Newton a very scary linebacker to watch. Combine his times with his overall size and you should have a linebacker on the rise.

[player_tooltip player_id='2110714' first='Jamahri' last='Gardner'] - 2029 Defensive Back - Legacy Ranch

Legacy Ranch 2029 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='2110714' first='Jamahri' last='Gardner'] firmly established himself as one of the fastest players in attendance this weekend. He finished in the top five in the 40-yard dash, the shuttle run and the L-Drill. In this drill specifically, Gardner finished with the fourth fastest time at 6.78 seconds. Not only did Gardner test off the charts, but he also showed he belonged with some of the top defensive players in attendance during drills and 1 on 1's.

[player_tooltip player_id='1690130' first='Malachi' last='Allen'] - 2027 Defensive Back - Whitehouse

Whitehouse 2027 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='1690130' first='Malachi' last='Allen'] finishes up our top five for the L-Drill after he ran a time of 6.85 seconds. Allen also finished in the top five in the broad jump. As we mentioned in that breakdown, Allen is a 2027 prospect that was already on the radar of our PRZ-Texas scouts. But you have to say that he backed up all the hype with his overall performance on Saturday. Not only did he test well in multiple drills but he did well in the rest of the camp.
