This is a season that will be viewed as do-or-die, but one thing that I would confirm is that Hughes is the star on this football team. He averaged nearly 80 yards through receptions on average, but there is far more work to be done, as he will hope to make his way through the schedule and win more games with this program. He will be one of the more intriguing players throughout the season, and he will be one of the players who is viewed as a high-engine player. Goines is one of the glue-like pieces to this program, and he will be reliable in the biggest of moments. He is one of the more underrated running backs in the state, thanks to his versatility and his ability to catch out of the backfield. Douglass has great size and is great in the pocket, but he is most effective when he is able to move out of the pocket. He has great speed and is one of the better runners on this team. He is someone who can be used in the option game heavily and will likely have his fair share of designed runs. He is a veteran in this offense, and that will show in his senior season. Slaats is a great frame, and can be used in big-time moments on the outside, as he will be asked to do so. Slaats is a player who will catch a ton of attention along the way due to his ability to slide inside the slot if needed, but because he will be a top target for the Etowah quarterback. Caesar has the chance of becoming one of the better players in this offense, and will be one of the sneaky players to have some big moments, thanks to his talent level and also his overall growing frame.
