2028 Rankings: In Depth On New Ranked QB's You Should Know

The new 2028 rankings are officially released. And with over 100 new players, and multiple players positions changing, and new additions to the top five at each position, we will take a look at some new Ranked QB's you should know in the 2028 Rankings. The Sophomore QB has a bright future ahead of him after one year of starting.   Size: Standing at 6'1" 180-Pounds, he showcases a solid build for a QB. Bisalaszewski can look to fill out his frame and reach the 185-195-Pound mark, but is solid for the position.   Arm Accuracy/Strength: He showcases an elite arm, and can launch the ball downfield with ease. His accuracy is on point with his throws as well, and he leads his receivers with his throws.   Footwork: He showcases good footwork, and on his tape he moves through the pocket well, keeping his feet planted and moving, allowing him to deliver accurate strikes.   Mechanics: His mechanics are exceptional as well, and his ability to get the ball out quickly allows him to throw the ball into tight windows across the field. He can look to add some more tweaking, but he showcases polished mechanics.   IQ: Bialaszewski showcases an elite IQ, allowing him to make the correct read, as he moves through his progressions on his throws. I like his ability to push the ball downfield, and use his legs to escape pressure or create plays with the ball.   Final Word: Bialaszeski, is an excellent new QB, who came on our radar this season. He showcases a high IQ, along with elite accuracy. He should look to fine tweak all his skills, and meet his ideal frame going forward.     Background: Siska is another playmaker from upstate NY who made his name known this season. He can play on both sides of the ball, and is a true dual threat playmaker at the QB Position.   Size: Siska has a solid frame at 6'0" 170-Pounds. He has good height, but should look to reach 180-190-Pounds, of good weight to help fill out his frame.   Arm Accuracy/Strength: Siska is always looking to push the ball downfield, and showcases a strong arm, that can reach each hashmark, and all three levels. His accuracy is on point as well as he can place the ball perfectly allowing his receivers to make plays on the ball.   Footwork: His footwork is solid, and he showcases the ability to make throws on the run given his footwork. This area can always be improved, but he has solid skills allowing him to make good throws.   Mechanics: Siska can refine his mechanics as he progresses throughout high school, but I like his release, and his ability to get the ball out quickly while displaying a solid touch on his throws.   IQ: Siska has an excellent IQ, which is on display in his tape. He showcases the ability to find his receivers open, and use his legs to create plays, and escape pressure throughout the game.   Final Word: Siska is a solid QB, who continues to improve his game. I like his arm talent, and his ability to deliver accurate strikes at all three levels sets him above the rest. He should look to improve his mechanics and footwork moving forward.     Background: The PSAL 3A QB is one of the top in the league. He is a true dual threat playmaker that finally breaks through to the rankings in this update.   Size: Valerio has an undersized frame for the QB position. Standing at 5'9" 160-Pounds, he is below both the weight and height chart for a QB. His ideal frame would be 5'10" 175-Pounds, which is what he should look to reach as he progresses through High School.   Arm Accuracy/Strength: Valerio showcases a strong arm, and launching the ball downfield, is a trait he does well. He has good placement on balls beyond the 20 yard mark, and allows his players to make plays on the ball.   Footwork: Valerio works best out of the pocket, where we see his footwork evident on his film. He moves well outside of the pocket, and his footwork leads him into accurate throws.   Mechanics: His mechanics are solid, and he showcases a solid release with good touch on his balls. He could look to refine his mechanics and get the ball out quicker.   IQ: he showcases a good IQ, and makes the correct read on his throws. He is a smart playmaker who excels in the RPO/Option game. He feeds his playmakers the ball, and looks for positive gains no matter how he gets them.   Final Word: Valerio is a solid QB in the PSAL, and showcases good dual threat ability, paired with solid accuracy and ball placement. I like his ability to distribute the ball to his playmakers. He should look to improve his footwork and mechanics, while filling into his ideal QB frame as he progresses through High School.     Background: The Syracuse region QB piqued my interest during 7v7 Season, where he dominated for Syracuse Elite 15U. The FM QB, is one of the top Syracuse area prospects in the 2028 class.   Size: Dauksza displays a solid frame, standing at 6'0" 170-Pounds. His weight is a bit undersized, and he should look to reach around the 180-Pound mark to fill out his frame.   Arm Accuracy/Strength: The deep ball is the name of the game with Dauksza. He has excellent arm strength, and can launch the ball down the field with ease. His accuracy is on point with these throws as well, as he hits receivers in stride, creating big gains.   Footwork: His footwork is solid, and Dauksza displays the ability to stand tall in the pocket and drop back to throw. His three step is solid, and I like his ability to deliver the ball through good footwork.   Mechanics: His mechanics are solid, and he gets the ball out quickly after the snap. I like the ability to put a good touch on the ball. He could speed up his release a bit.   IQ: Dauksza's IQ, is elite, and as a pocket passer QB, he showcases an elite ability to work through his progressions, and deliver accurate strikes with good accuracy. He moves around the pocket well, and can escape pressure well.   Final Word: Dauksza is a solid QB, who flies under the radar in Section III. I like his ability to stand tall in the pocket and deliver quick accurate strikes across the field. He should look to fill into his frame, and refine and tweak his footwork and mechanics as he progresses towards the next level.     Background: Boler suits up for Section Two Niskayuna. The Sophomore QB appeared on our radar, as he led his squad to a deep State playoff run.   Size: Standing at 6'0" 165-Pounds, he displays a solid frame for a QB. Boler has good height, but should look to reach his ideal weight of 175-185-Pounds, to help fill out his frame.   Arm Accuracy/Strength: Boler has a strong arm, which he has on full display in his tape. I like his ability o launch the ball with ease, and doing so he showcases good accuracy. Accuracy can use some work, as he can throw his receivers open more, or showcase better ball placement.   Footwork: Boler showcases good footwork in the pocket, and displays the ability to stand tall in the pocket and keep his balance on throws. Outside the pocket, and moves well, and releases the ball with good footwork. Footwork is easily one of his top skills.   Mechanics: His mechanics are solid for a Sophomore QB, and he showcases a quick ball, allowing him to fit his throws into tight windows, and make plays down field. His mechanics are elite, and his ability to make throws look effortlessly is impressive.   IQ: Boler showcases a high IQ, navigating the pocket well, and avoiding pressure. He goes through his progressions well, and finds the open playmakers on each rep. His ability to distribute the ball and extend plays is impressive.   Final Word: Arm accuracy can be improved for Boler, and pair that with his excellent footwork, and good mechanics, he can. easily find himself moving up as one of the top QB's in the class.
