Both counties have several run-heavy units, which made the quarterback rankings difficult. However, that means the running back groups are deep. Evans was a true workhorse, averaging nearly 25 touches per game and at times taking over against top teams. He was so reliable that the Raiders' entire gameplan revolved around knowing he and the offensive line could salt games away on the ground. He has good speed and burst, and that helped him average seven yards per carry last season. On a team that is looking to build on its first winning season in over a decade, Bennett could be counted on to take another step in his development.
