Recruiting Report (4/6)- Recent News Across Alabama

We're back with a new Recruiting Report!   Today, we're diving into some recent recruiting news across the state. These prospects have had huge months, so we're diving into the latest surrounding their recruitment.   As always, make sure you watch their film below! You won't want to miss out on this kind of talent.    [player_tooltip player_id='2130150' first='Braxton' last='Salster'] is a talented ATH from Pleasant Valley who's seen his recruitment explode this offseason.   "At QB, Salster is one of the most dominant rushing threats in the state. I genuinely feel like I'm watching HS Derrick Henry in some of his highlights. He's 6'5 210, has incredible speed, ridiculous contact balance, a mean stiff arm, and impressive elusiveness/change of direction to create TD plays almost every carry.   At LB, Salster is a threat every snap. He's instinctual, incredibly quick, and can diagnose and disrupt any play, any down. I'm really impressed with his tackling, coverage skills, and how he makes plays in pursuit. Salster is truly a fascinating prospect. I can't wait to watch him this next season; it'll be a blast."   Salster picked up three offers in the past week, adding Baylor, Auburn, and Memphis to his list!   I seriously had a blast watching Salster's tape a few weeks back. He's an incredible player with a big senior season ahead of him. Make sure you watch some of his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1715107' first='Elijah' last='Foreman'] is a talented player in the trenches for Woodlawn who's seeing his recruitment shape up this offseason.   “Foreman is a dominant OT who helps open up so much of Woodlawn's rushing and passing attacks. At 6'3 285, Foreman has great size, quickness, and strength to dish out massive blocks at the line of scrimmage and beyond. I love seeing how Foreman plays through the whistle. He'll drive defenders back several yards off the LOS and into the dirt- his effort in the trenches is unmatched.   I'm seriously impressed with Foreman's pass-protection skills. He's quick on his feet, has active hands, and consistently pancakes defenders, giving his quarterback plenty of time to work in the pocket. With his skill set, the sky's the limit.   Foreman is equally impressive on defense. He can rush the passer and defend the run at a high level, using his size, speed, and strength to beat offensive linemen and meet the ball carrier for big stops behind or at the line of scrimmage."   A few days back, Foreman added a new offer to his list, this time from South Alabama!   I'm excited to see what this fall has in store for Foreman. He's a talented player with a really high ceiling on both sides of the ball. I think he has a huge year ahead.      [player_tooltip player_id='708429' first='Bobby' last='Coleman Jr.'] is a talented QB from Central who announced his commitment last week.   “Coleman has a ton of different impressive talents dnd traits that are already easy to see in his game. He throws a tight spiral, can place great touch underneath his passes, and delivers the ball with a ton of accuracy all over the field.   Coleman is a quick processor and great decision-maker with the ball. He can quickly scan the field to find the open man and does a great job not putting the ball in harm's way. That, combined with his athleticism, makes him a seriously tough QB to gameplan against.“   Early last week, Coleman announced he'd committed to Georgia State! I'm really excited to see what he'll accomplish there; he's a talented player with a really bright future ahead.   Make sure to watch some of Coleman's tape below. You'll come away impressed.      After his dominant freshman season at Williamson last fall, it's no shock to see Cap Munnerlyn's name circling around the recruiting world.   "Munnerlyn is a rangy safety capable of making huge stops every snap. He plays with great speed and pursuit and can work from sideline-to-sideline against the run and pass. I love watching him in coverage; he provides a ton of security over the top and has great ball skills and timing that he uses to haul in some huge PBUs and INTs.   I'm just as impressed with his ability to play the urn. He flies downhill to meet the ball carrier near the line of scrimmage almost every snap, making tackles for little to no gain and not allowing anyone to break into the open field."   Munnerlyn is already looking like a top-tier recruit in the nation's 2029 class. A few days back, he added a new offer, this time from Alabama!   I can't wait to keep watching Munnerlyn and this Williamson defense this fall. They have a seriously talented unit and a huge season ahead.      [player_tooltip player_id='1634478' first='Keoni' last='Snipes'] is one of the state's and nation's top talents in the 2028 class. What he's been able to do through his first two seasons has been incredible to watch.   “At 6'5 230, Snipes already has impressive size and athleticism that he uses to dominate the line of scrimmage. Snipes explodes off the snap and plays with great leverage, quickness, and pursuit to create huge stops all over the field- it's hard to believe he's only a freshman.   Snipes has already proven to be a dominant run defender. He's terrific at setting the edge and can fight off multiple blockers to get his hands on the ball carrier and create some impressive hustle plays all over the backfield.”   Snipes has continued to dominate the recruiting world, adding new offers from Notre Dame, South Carolina, and North Carolina within the last week. At this point, I won't be surprised if Snipes picked up literally every P4 offer in the country, he's that good.
