(QB) [player_tooltip player_id='905003' first='Brayden' last='Santibanez'] - Collierville

- This Memphis area product was on my radar early in the process but he finally started to breakthrough this spring when college coaches saw the talent he displayed at our PRZTN Showcase over a year ago. Santibanez may have the most powerful arm within our senior class that can put the ball wherever he wants to and do so within and outside the pocket. The Dragons signal caller has blown up into a Power Four prospect by landing offers from the likes of Boston College, Cincinnati, Maryland, North Carolina and many others. I foresee several other top level programs getting involved soon as well to continue pushing his stock higher into one of the better offensive prospects inside the Volunteer State.

(QB) [player_tooltip player_id='1668630' first='Dallas' last='Covington'] - East Nashville

- The offer list has yet to expand into the Power Four level for this Nashville area quarterback but I feel like he could be on the verge of reaching that plateau in the near future. The reason for that is because Covington has some of the best mechanics and arm talent inside our senior class along with nice size and a poised presence in the pocket that allows him to make tough throws. Schools like Delaware, Georgia St., Liberty, MTSU, North Alabama and Western Ky have already offered but bigger places, including a few Power Four programs are sniffing around. I think once coaches visit with Covington here in a few weeks and watch him throw, new offers will come and continue pushing his stock higher as one of the best pocket passers here in Tennessee.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='817933' first='Jamir' last='Dean'] - Alcoa

- Dean has been on the recruiting scene for the better part of two years now but only over the past few months has this East Tennessee prospect seen his stock begin to soar with a bevy of Power Four schools getting on board. The Tornadoes pass catcher is uber talented with size, ball skills and speed separation and Dean is still far from a finished product. So far through his recruitment, Dean has received offers from the likes of Arkansas, Duke, Michigan St., Minnesota, Miss. State, Penn. St, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Wisconsin and others. He has already scheduled official visits with Penn St., UConn and Wake Forest with more being set in the future. When our new rankings come out, you will certainly see a rise for Dean as he has positioned himself as one of the top receivers in the state for our TN2027 class.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='1577095' first='Dayon' last='Cooper'] - South Pittsburg

- Coming from a 1A program hasn't stopped big time programs from getting after Cooper and he is just now creeping into Power Four status, so expect several other schools to get involved very soon. What is so enticing about Cooper is his playmaking and ability to blaze past his defender. This dude can run and he isn't small either as the Pirates senior has a well built frame that can take on physicality. His stock has steadily grown over these off-season months by landing offers from Arkansas, Florida St., Louisville, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest. Cooper has already set up an official visit with Florida St. and I expect several more to be announced in the near future. I'm bullish on this guy and his potential in college. I don't see his stock slowing down anytime soon as I wouldn't be surprised to see other power programs getting involved very soon.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='903798' first='Slim' last='Leavell'] - Goodpasture

- Probably no one has seen their stock rise more than Leavell and it appears the interest continues to grow for this Mid-Tennessee playmaking wideout that is still coming into his own. Standing 6 '2 180 plus, Leavell has watched his stock go from completely under the radar towards becoming a Power Four, D1 guy with several top level programs in pursuit. Throughout the process, Leavell has obtained offers from the likes of Florida St., Memphis, Miss. State, Missouri, N.C. State, Purdue, Tennessee, Tulane, Virginia Tech and others. Coaching staffs are banking on Leavell's potential as an outside the hashes receiver that can stretch the field and become a strong red zone threat. He still has room to grow with his game but Leavell has done well at developing and pushing his stock forward into a legit D1 prospect.

(TE) [player_tooltip player_id='1577078' first='Parker' last='Newman'] - Sevier Co.

- I don't know if anybody from our TN2027 class has seen their stocks blow up more than this East Tennessee tight end that is still learning the position and growing into his body. Newman is an athletic, high potential prospect that can stretch the field or work the intermediate routes. Big time college programs like Alabama, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan St., Ohio St., Penn St., Tennessee, Texas A&M, Wisconsin and others have offered and in pursuit of this Smoky Mountain product. Newman sits as one of our top offensive prospects right now that has watched his stock soar into possibly a Top 20 overall in-state recruit. Once he arrives on the college level, Newman will need time to form into his body and grow his game but the raw talents are in place to become an impact, high producing starter one day.

(TE) [player_tooltip player_id='1679806' first='Colton' last='Johnson'] - Upperman

- This Mid-Tennessee product is one of the more surprising stock risers over the off-season months that we have in the state. Johnson had a solid junior year but he didn't produce eye popping stats, however it's the upside college coaches see with the Bees senior that has him positioned as a top tier offensive prospect. Johnson is a naturally athletic young man that has good overall size and a frame that can be molded into a multi-versed tight end in college. Schools like Alabama, Arkansas, Duke, Florida St., Kentucky, Michigan St., Nebraska, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and others see the potential as they have offered and in pursuit. Johnson has plenty of development left to go but his film shows why he has become a hot prospect and why his stock has risen significantly over the past few months.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='1674006' first='Luke' last='Burger'] - Silverdale

- One of the biggest stock risers we have from our TN2027 class is this Chattanooga area offensive tackle that has some of the best programs in college football interested or in pursuit. Burger is a highly intriguing young man that brings all the physical tools to the field that fits on the big stage of college ball and he is still in developmental mode with his body and overall game. At this point in the process, you could consider the Seahawks big man as one of the best tackle prospects we have in the state. Schools like Cincinnati, Duke, Louisville, South Florida, UCLA, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest have recognized his upside and I think other power programs will get into his recruitment very soon. The way things are moving for Burger, I would expect this guy to be ranked inside our Top 30 with the chance to rise even further with continued progression.

(OT) [player_tooltip player_id='1286232' first='Kyle' last='Nabrotzky'] - Brentwood

- Finding offensive tackle prospects is one of the more important pieces within everybody's recruiting process and Nabrotzky is one of those guys that has seen his stock soar due to his upside to handle the blindside in college. Since last Fall and into these off-season months, this Mid-Tennessee product has received more than 20 plus offers from D1 and FCS programs but Power Four schools are finally getting involved. Some of those schools would be BYU, N.C. State, Oklahoma St., TCU, Tennessee, UCLA, Virginia Tech and I expect several others to follow suit here soon. What's so appealing about the Bruins big man is his build, height, length and his mobile lower base that speak towards blocking on the edge. Nabrotzky is still growing into his body but the raw talent and upside are in place to excel one day within the college game.

(OL) [player_tooltip player_id='1531280' first='Rance' last='Brown'] - Brentwood Academy

- Ever since moving from Alabama to Tennessee and transferring to Brentwood Academy, this senior offensive lineman has seen his stock take-off and become one of the top prospects at his position within our TN2027 class. Brown is a big dude that moves well, showing upside to handle tackle in college but at worst, slides inside to manage offensive guard. I think most offered schools want Brown at tackle with some of those programs being Arizona, Arkansas, Auburn, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Some of those Power Four offers came recently, which means Brown's stock is still on the rise. Look for more and more programs to get on board with the Eagles big man and push his stock even higher towards possibly one of the top tackle prospects in the state.
