[player_tooltip player_id='2075844' first='Chase' last='Carroll']'s value as a passer may be overlooked playing for a run-heavy Rochester Lourdes' offense, but Carroll has easily been one of the biggest playmakers on their roster. Carroll finished with 468 passing yards, 5 TDs, and 3 INTs while rushing for a team-high 570 rushing yards (4.7 YPC) and 4 rushing TDs. Carroll may be a better fit as a runner due to his dynamic ability on the ground, proving quick and impressively nimble, working best in read-options, and the play-action game. Carroll does well in the short-medium passing game, making smart reads and quick progressions of the secondary to adjust his targets. Carroll's potential is intriguing, and he may garner interest as a target at other positions to best suit his athleticism.

While he missed three games last season with a hand injury, [player_tooltip player_id='1665758' first='Brody' last='Hadley'] flashed as an intriguing leader for the Nuggets in his first year as a starter. There was a clear difference in terms of how Hawley's offense operated when Hadley was not on the field. Hadley showed excellent accuracy outside of the perimeter and he showcased some impressive placement and velocity on passes outside of the pocket, hitting some difficult throws off-balance on multiple occasions on his tape. A poised leader who took a lot of pressure but remained unfazed, Hadley shows solid footwork, keeps his balance through contact, and isn't afraid to take a hit. Hadley's leadership will be vital toward the Nuggets' performance, and they could very much be a sleeper team in the 2A conference to keep an eye on next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1925497' first='Jakob' last='Stassen'] has generated some attention entering his senior season as one of the most prominent returning QBs in the 3A conference to watch out for. Stassen threw for 1063 yards and 10 TDs while adding 2 rushing TDs during the 2025 season. Stassen showed intriguing testing numbers, including a 225 lb max bench, and a 345 lb max squat, with that strength translating well on the field, flashing his throwing power and deep ball placement on numerous occasions throughout his junior season. Stassen isn't afraid to sling the ball, stretching the field with his arm, showcasing solid accuracy on sideline throws, and showing impressive accuracy throwing off-balance. Stassen will look to reduce his mistakes as he looks poised to have a monstrous senior campaign leading the Green Wave' offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2057056' first='Carter' last='Ask'] is another gunslinger-style passer who was hit-or-miss at times during his junior season, but was able to generate a lot of success with his hits. Ask threw for 331 yards, 3 TDs, and 4 INTs in 2025 as he guided Chatfield to a 6-3 record. Ask flashed with a strong arm, quick zip, and a strong frame to play through contact. Building off momentum from a strong performance at our combine series event in January, Ask will look to continue honing his mechanics to put together a stellar senior campaign, and his ceiling could be very high in 2026.

While Detroit Lakes struggled to a 2-8 record last season, [player_tooltip player_id='1659065' first='Jude' last='Houglum'] showed flashes as a stellar leader for the Lakers' offense. Houglum showed impressive range as a passer, showing glimpses of impressive intermediate-to-deep ball placement over the course of the season while also working well on quick throws off his three-step drop. Houglum gets great depth on his throws with a long-ranging arc that could be delivered with quicker velocity, but is able to stretch the field with his throwing power. Houglum will look to bring the Lakers back into a competitive after an unusually dismal campaign in 2025.
