Although I consider the rankings process tedious and painstakingly scrupulous, it is a labor of love. What I love, perhaps, the most about it is that after hours of film being watched, I get to highlight and celebrate some of the best film that I watched. Using the Prep Redzone platform, I highlight these prospects and share them with you. After evaluating and ranking over 830 prospects, I am excited to present you this select-group who had film that I enjoyed and considered to be "must-see."

What I think helps make [player_tooltip player_id='1657972' first='Calvin' last='Videon-Perino'] so effective in all that he does is the quick and immediate burst of speed you see within his first few steps. This jolt of force allows him to be a physical blocker, one who is mindful to get his hands on his opponent's chest. Although I thought he was bit big and thick for a safety, I suspect that Videon-Perino might have been Point Pleasant Boro's best athlete. He certainly is burly and thus capable of barreling through people, yet he wraps very well when tackling. Using his hands to catch the ball, Videon-Perino can maintain possession through contact. This type of versatility and prototype makes it difficult for me to pin just exactly what position he will play collegiately, but Videon-Perino certainly has the upside to play at the next level.

Admittedly so, I do not know much about Immaculata other than they are in Somerville. After watching [player_tooltip player_id='1703270' first='Damian' last='Mack'], however, they might be a team I take a closer look at moving forward. Mack, a corner, reads and plays match coverage with discipline and in harmony with his teammates. Playing at about 8 yards off the line, he gives himself plenty of time, react, and break on the ball - undercutting many for picks. In his back pedal, Mack does not waiver or come out of it until necessary. Twitchy hips are present too, getting them around with ease; and Mack is also highly comfortably playing trail technique. In such posture, he matches the hands of the receiver well and manages to tip many passes. Lastly, he high points the ball well and can really get up to play it.

A quarterback with a lot of mechanical-soundness and positional-savviness to his game is Bridgeton's [player_tooltip player_id='1972127' first='Dante' last='Howell']. Howell's mechanics appear refined on film, while he also plays the game like a vet - looking off defenders and surveying the field pre-snap to see what his best options are. In a similar sense, he will bait linebackers by opening his shoulders, forcing them to give up their leverage, all before he takes off and runs with his deceptive speed. All of Howell's deep passes seem like perfect arches where his teammates can run full speed and the ball with just drop right into their hands every time. Perhaps, and what likely caused me to be a fan of his film, Howell showcased a variety of throws - not just deep bombs - on his tape, offering an array of throws that he can complete.

An undefeated state champion, [player_tooltip player_id='1694035' first='Darion' last='Joyner'] was a big-play target for Washington Township. Joyner shows on film an explosive get off and release, while also having the ability to adjust to and track the ball exceedingly well over his shoulder. Shoulder fakes are also embedded within Joyner's route fakes, allowing him to create additional separation. Joining this vast array of skillsets is Joyner's vision. Unafraid to cut all the way across the field, he sees open grass and takes open grass. Perhaps the best attribute Joyner possesses is that he reaches his top-end speed very quickly and is at his best with that full head of steam propelling him.
