[player_tooltip player_id='2064149' first='Carlos' last='Gordon'] will most certainly become a national recruit by the time his career in high school is all said and done. The Archbishop Hoban defensive back already flashes being one of the best in Ohio. Very tall with a great frame and plenty of arm length, Gordon is quick to close on ballcarriers against the run and can use his length well to break up passes, time effectively with his hands. Size and frame should only get bigger in the years ahead.

[player_tooltip player_id='1703843' first='Nehemiah' last='Engleman'] is a starting running back for Hughes High School in Cincinnati. He finished last season with 1,053 rushing yards, 215 yards receiving and 19 total touchdowns and added 26 tackles on defense. Engleman is very shifty in space, making defenders miss and finishing forward on contact. He is a legitimate playmaker and home-run threat. Coming from a very athletic family, I expect his recruiting to take off in a big way this summer and next spring.

Charles Roberts is a two-way prospect for Hughes High School in Cincinnati. Roberts is very good on both sides of the ball. At cornerback he can close on the ball effectively, time the ball well with his hands and break up passes. On offense he flashes being a good receiver with legitimate breakaway speed. High upside Class of 2029 prospect to monitor in the years ahead.

Desmond Parnell is a true athlete and it's hard to not be fired up about his potential. Parnell, a Class of 2029 prospect, has very good closing speed as a defensive back as well as on special teams as a coverage defender. Strong, tough and fast with great straight-line speed, I would expect him to become a national recruit. Also a baseball player.
