Under-the-Radar 2028 Rankings Additions

We added a good number of prospects to our rankings in Indiana this month for the Class of 2028. In our next article and multi-part series, we break down four new additions and will continue to do so throughout the month of February. These four early risers have a chance to become high-impact players in the fall and beyond.    [player_tooltip player_id='1863002' first='Ryder' last='Bain'] is a starting running back for Monrovia. Bain is very good between the tackles in a run-heavy offense. Strong, tough, with a 5-foot-8, 200-pound frame, Bain is built like a bowling ball who can run through contact, stay balanced and keep moving for positive yards. Ran for 978 yards and 12 touchdowns last season, and had 1,069 all-purpose yards and 13 all-purpose touchdowns.     [player_tooltip player_id='2113271' first='Kian' last='McAteer'] is a two-way prospect for Park Tudor and has the chance to be really good. McAteer is a strong downhill linebacker who takes great angles to the ball. McAteer can run and hit with force. He is also a running back, where he displays being a legitimate dual-threat who can catch and quickly get upfield and pose a threat in the passing game. Compact frame makes him hard to bring down. High-academic prospect.     [player_tooltip player_id='2120925' first='Finn' last='Giles'] is a quarterback for Carmel High School. It is likely he will fill in some type of role this season with [player_tooltip player_id='339065' first='Anthony' last='Coellner'] to graduation. Giles has a quick release, smooth delivery and can elude rushers and throw on the move effectively. At 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, he has the frame for the position with room to grow. Keep an eye on his development.     [player_tooltip player_id='1921982' first='Kysen' last='Cox'] is a starting left tackle for Perry Meridian. Although he is more of a waistbender he has great leg drive, runs his feet on contact and does a great job of creating vertical push. Effective second-level blocker who flashes a mean streak and is a good finisher. Can engage rushers effectively in pass pro, keep them between his feet and plays with a good base. Three-sport athlete (wrestling, track and field). If he develops better technique, watch out.
