The Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase tour rolled through Oklahoma over the weekend and we saw some outstanding football throughout the event. Athletes from all over Oklahoma, and some of the surrounding states and beyond came to Broken Arrow to go up against top competition and be coached and evaluated from college coaches in this region. Throughout the next few days, we'll have a ton of prospect breakdowns on Prep Redzone and video content dropping on our YouTube Channel. Our coverage began with a look at the positional MVPs from Sunday's event. We continue our coverage with a breakdown of ten quarterbacks that stood out throughout the afternoon in Broken Arrow!

[player_tooltip player_id='1601980' first='Brycen' last='Black'] - 2028 - Moore

Moore sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1601980' first='Brycen' last='Black'] is a 2028 prospect that first got on our radar during our 7v7 season last spring. Black performed incredibly well. His ability to throw the deep ball was very impressive. Black has moved over to Moore and he's going to have a chance to compete for the QB1 job this season. Getting another chance to watch Black in person, the deep ball once again impressed us as his arm strength is off the charts. But the thing that stood out to us the most on Sunday was his release. When it's time to throw the ball, his throwing motion is so quick that it's like he's whipping the ball downfield. We're looking forward to seeing Black on the 7v7 circuit.

[player_tooltip player_id='1259676' first='Cannon' last='Myers'] - 2029 - Bixby

Bixby freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1259676' first='Cannon' last='Myers'] is another really good example of why we love doing these camps every offseason. We've seen Myers at two camps in the past, both when he was in middle school. He also stood out at our 7v7 tournament last April. But we almost didn't recognize Myers after not seeing him in person for the last eight months. He's grown quite a bit and looked like a totally different quarterback. One thing that really impressed us last spring was his ability to really fire the ball downfield and that was on full display again Sunday. Myers is a very intriguing 2029 prospect to watch moving forward. There's a lot of potential for more growth moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1199802' first='Dabin' last='Gaines'] - 2028 - Pocola

This was our first chance to watch Pocola's new signal caller as 2028 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1199802' first='Dabin' last='Gaines'] crossed the border from Greenwood, Arkansas and will be Pocola's next QB1. Talking with some of Pocola's coaches, it sounds like Gaines wasn't 100% on Sunday but that was surprising to hear considering how he looked throwing the ball. During the 1 on 1 portion of camp, we caught Gaines while he was working with the running backs. He was incredibly decisive with the ball and it seemed like he was always getting the ball out on time and more importantly, he was putting the ball in a place that only his receiver could get it. Gaines could very well be a breakout player this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1662632' first='Dylan' last='Hawk Martin'] - 2029 - Collinsville

Collinsville freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1662632' first='Dylan' last='Hawk Martin'] was one of a handful of lefties during Sunday's camp. We've seen Martin on film quite a bit, courtesy of social media. But this was our first chance to really watch him for an extended period of time in person. He impressed us with his ability to get the ball out quickly. It will be interesting to see what Martin does moving forward. Collinsville had a breakout player at QB in the fall who is just a sophomore. There's no doubt that Martin has some talent but he's also a freshman, so there is plenty of room for him to grow, not only physically but within his game. We'll be looking to see how he develops over the next six months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260997' first='Dylan' last='Taylor'] - 2027 - Union

We're going to have to find a new way to say this but it deserves to be mentioned. Union junior signal caller [player_tooltip player_id='1260997' first='Dylan' last='Taylor'] gets better and better every time we see him at one of our events or in person in general. But Taylor was one of the best quarterbacks throughout the drills and 1 on 1 session at camp on Sunday. Taylor had to split a lot of time last fall with another quarterback but he's definitely in a solid position to be the unquestioned QB1 of the Redhawks this fall. Taylor throws the ball with confidence and his arm strength has improved to the point where it looked like he had one of the strongest arms in the camp. He fired strikes all over the field and the balls were on a rope.

[player_tooltip player_id='1828592' first='Dax' last='Chancey'] - 2028 - Deer Creek

We first watched Deer Creek sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1828592' first='Dax' last='Chancey'] at one of our middle school camps a few years ago. He immediately stood out then because he was about six inches taller than almost everyone at the camp. Fast forward to Sunday and Chancey still looked like he was towering over the rest of the QB group, measuring in at 6'6. Chancey got his first significant playing time last fall as a sophomore. There is a lot to like about his game and it's not just his height. Talking with some of our coaches after the event, Chancey's name continued to come up as a prospect that could really blow up over the next two seasons. Chancey was one of the top performing quarterbacks Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='1678735' first='Kase' last='Adams'] - 2027 - Sallisaw

This will sound a little hyperbolic because it was just a three-hour camp on a Sunday in February. But Sallisaw junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1678735' first='Kase' last='Adams'] was one of the breakout stars of the event. We knew Adams was a solid quarterback but the Black Diamonds have also been a run-heavy team over the last few seasons. But we got a chance to really watch Adams up close, throwing the ball around and he really impressed us. From a physical standpoint, Adams has good size to stand in the pocket and fire strikes. But he's also got plenty of experience tucking the ball and running. There is a lot to like here about Adams and his skillset. He definitely elevated his stock at Sunday's Stock Up Showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='1249314' first='Liam' last='Kaplan'] - 2028 - Holland Hall

Holland Hall sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1249314' first='Liam' last='Kaplan'] is a 2028 prospect that we are going to be watching very closely over the next six months. First off, Kaplan is another prospect that looked like he's grown a few inches and been living in the weight room over the last nine months. Kaplan performed very well during the drills and 1 on 1 session, throwing a very strong ball throughout the day. We're going to get a chance to watch more of Kaplan in competition settings with our 7v7 circuit heating up in the next two months. Holland Hall will also need a new quarterback this fall. Kaplan, in our opinion, has put himself in a strong position to compete for that job this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1167484' first='Michael' last='Kent'] - 2028 - Bartlesville

Bartlesville sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1167484' first='Michael' last='Kent'] is another prospect that has been a consistent top performer at our various events over the last two years. It started when he was in middle school and has just continued over his first two years of high school. Kent was one of the top quarterbacks in Class 6A-2 last fall and there is a lot to like about his game moving forward. He put those skills on display throughout the camp on Sunday afternoon. One thing that continues to impress us is his overall athleticism. Specifically during drills, Kent did a good job of moving around and throwing on the run. Kent was another QB picked by our coaches as one of the top performers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837872' first='Tugh' last='Faught'] - 2026 - Lindsay

We had a handful of 2026 prospects come out on Sunday, looking to get some competition in front of our college coaches in attendance. Lindsay quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1837872' first='Tugh' last='Faught'] was one of the seniors that caught our eye during the drills and the 1 on 1 competitions. First off, Faught is a prospect that immediately passes the eye test. The camp was very heavy with 2028 and 2029 prospects so a guy that's about to graduate certainly stood out from a physical standpoint. Faught showcased a rifle of an arm and did a great job of pushing the ball down the field. Between that and his overall build, he certainly impressed us on Sunday afternoon.
