As we near the end of the month of February, the 2026 high school football offseason is in full swing. With that in mind, I have been taking some time to evaluate some top prospects in the state of Kentucky who are still seeking their first offer. When doing so, there were some very talented under-the-radar running backs in the state who caught my attention .With that being said, here are four ball carriers in the state of Kentucky who have stood out to me and have yet to pick up their first offer to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='262300' first='Kasen' last='Brock'] is a running back who has been high on my radar for a while now and I'm very surprised hasn't picked up an offer yet. He had another very impressive season as a junior, leading his team in rushing with 242 carries for 1,659 yards and 21 touchdowns in 14 games. Brock is a very strong downhill runner, showing the ability to run straight through defenders while maintaining his balance to break tackles with ease without losing stride. He has also shown the speed to run away from the defense once he hits the second level. Brock also played a key role in the passing as a junior, catching 26 passes for 431 yards and four touchdowns. He also returned a kickoff for a touchdown this past season, and recorded 26 tackles, one interception, and returned a fumble recovery for a touchdown on defense. I wouldn't be surprised to see an offer come his way soon as Kasen has received a strong amount of college interest.

[player_tooltip player_id='1200692' first='Christian' last='Helle'] is a player who caught my attention with a very strong junior year. Helle led Logan County in rushing with 223 carries for 1,489 yards and 22 touchdowns in 13 games. He has impressive vision as a ball carrier, showing the ability to find the open running lane quickly then hit it with a sense of urgency. Once he hits the open field, Helle has shown the burst of speed to break away from the defense for big gains. He also caught 21 passes for 174 yards and two touchdowns as a junior. Christian is a player who college coaches should definitely have on their radar heading into his senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1200720' first='Landen' last='Stiltner'] is another ball carrier who impressed as a junior. He finished the season as Raceland's leading rusher, carrying the ball 146 times for 1,382 yards and 22 touchdowns in 13 games. Stiltner has explosive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane then run away from the defense for big runs. When defenders are able to catch up to him, he has shown the leg drive to break tackles with ease without losing stride. Stiltner also finished this past season with two receptions for 55 yards and a touchdown. Landen has received some college interest and I expect his recruitment to continue to heat up heading into his senior season.

The final running back in the state of Kentucky who has stood out to me and is still seeking his first offer is [player_tooltip player_id='1593996' first='Antonio' last='Kinzer']. Antonio led his team in rushing as a sophomore, carrying the ball 136 times for 815 yards and six touchdowns in 12 games. Kinzer is a physical runner, showing the ability to lower his should and keep his legs churning to run straight through defenders with ease. Once he hits the open field, he has shown the speed to run away from the defense for big gains. Kinzer also caught 12 passes for 77 yards and a touchdown as a sophomore, and made an impact on defense, recording 44 tackles and six tackles for loss. Antonio is a player who I expect college coaches to be paying close attention to over the next couple seasons.
