Another day of reviewing 2028 prospects in the SVL. It's an extremely talented league, and I'm excited to speak on five more players who I think could do very well this coming fall.

We've seen a few great Varsity QBs roll through Oxford over the years. Prior to Oxford, London turned heads at Lapeer. First off, his arm is solid. London does a decent job using his whole body in his throwing motion, and although his motion can be long, he's able to throw it downfield. Second, he's a solid athlete. The highlight at 0:35 is a good example of what he's able to do on the ground.

In order for London to take that next step, he needs to consistently improve this offseason. I like his mechanics, but all-around, they can be more consistent. Same with his throw power, accuracy, and IQ. He's getting there, and without a doubt, he's better than most 2028's. I'm extremely interested in seeing how London does at Oxford this coming season.

A hybrid defensive lineman with some special teams upside, Braylen laid a great foundation during his sophomore season. First, Braylen's effort really shows up at the 1:12 punt coverage. He's not lightning-quick, but still did a great job getting downfield, staying square, and not biting on the retruner's moves. As a result, Braylen was able to eliminate the chance for a good return.

As a DT/DE, Braylen's effort and power continue to show up. At 1:47, Braylen does a phenomenal job of turning speed to power and forcing the QB to step up and run. Then, plays like 1:53 showcase solid anchor.

Overall, I see a high-effort and powerful defensive lineman. With a bit more polish, Braylen could significantly improve his production.

Channing is the definition of a dual-threat quarterback. He does a crazy amount of damage with his legs, and he's someone you need to spy on most plays.

1:27 and 1:39 do an excellent job showcasing these abilities. Once Channing makes the conscious decision to tuck and run, he's able to quickly reach top speed and does a great job weaving his way through defenders. Channing's speed is legit, and I feel that Channing can be a great Varsity RB or WR. As for his passing ability, Channing's arm leaves a lot to be desired. He'll need to significantly improve as a passer in order to be a high-end Varsity QB.

Grand Blanc has done an excellent job of developing receivers over the years, and Jace could be next in line. 0:32 is a good example of his current abilities. The route itself could use some work, but Jace does an excellent job of snagging the ball out of thin air and holding on through the tackle. Next, 0:55 indicates that Jace has the mentality necessary to block at a high level. The DB actually does a solid job of trying to shed the block. Jace uses the DB's momentum to ride him away from the ballcarrier and into another defender. Similarly, 1:06 is another great block, again using the DBs momentum against him.

Amare was able to develop a solid foundation during his sophomore season. First off, Amere is listed at 6'1" 230, which, on paper, is good size for a high school DE. Plus, the tape shows some promise. At 1:08, he does a nice job of getting around the tackle and H-Back, and tackling the RB in the backfield. At 1:16, he did a very good job of spinning away from a very good OT, then stopping the ballcarrier before the sticks.
