Spring Watchlist- New 2027s on Our Radar

Welcome back to our Tuesday Takeover series!   As we head further into the offseason, we've found a bunch of new prospects to cover from all around the state.   Today, we are zeroing in on some of the 2027s we've missed, and trust me, you won't want to miss this group of talent!    [player_tooltip player_id='2130122' first='Nedarius' last='Davis'] is a talented LB from Parker who's been turning heads since his dominant season last fall.   "Davis plays with a ton of speed and pursuit. He's incredibly quick on his feet and can make sideline-to-sideline plays every single snap. It's really impressive seeing how versatile he already is- he's productive in coverage, dominates the run, and is a terrific spy to use on quicker QBs.   I really can't get over how quickly Davis finds and gets to the ball. He explodes every snap and almost immediately blows up plays at or behind the line of scrimmage. I really can't wait to watch him this upcoming year- he's a really, really talented defender."   Davis has seen his recruitment ramp up this offseason, picking up offers from Arkansas State, Alabama State, and more over the last few weeks.   I hadn't watched Davis until today, but came away seriously impressed. We all need to keep an eye on him as he heads into his senior season. This Parker defense is in for a huge year next fall.      [player_tooltip player_id='1665778' first='Kaden' last='Forrest'] is a talented OL from Daphne who's coming off a dominant junior year last fall.   "Forrest is a dominant OL and a massive asset to his team's run game. He explodes off the line, plays with a ton of strength and leverage, and consistently wins at the line of scrimmage to open up huge rushing lanes for his teammates.   Forrest is just as good in pass protection. He's quick on his feet and consistently walls off pass rushers on his side of the line to provide plenty of time for his QB to make decisions with the ball."   We first watched Forrest this past spring, and man, has he taken off since then. He's added offers from WVU, South Alabama, Troy, and more.   With his talent, it's fair to expect more schools to come calling his way. He's a talented player with a high ceiling that we all need to watch in his senior year this upcoming fall.      [player_tooltip player_id='2130137' first='Kollin' last='King'] is a dominant DL from Auburn who had a breakout season last fall we somehow missed out on.   "At 6'1 300, King is a dominant force on the interior you don't want to have to gameplan against. He's explosive off the snap, has incredible power, has violent hands, and ridiculous pursuit/speed he uses to consistently create pressure, sacks, and tackles for loss in the backfield.   I'm also impressed with King's instincts and IQ. He can bat balls down at the line of scrimmage (and turn them into INTs), and make several other heads-up plays. All in all, he's a force on Auburn's defensive line. Everyone will have to watch out for him next season."   King has seen his recruitment really open up since the beginning of the offseason, listing offers from North Alabama and ULM in the last month.   Now that we're familiar with him, we'll have to pay close attention to King this fall. He's an underrated DL with tons of talent and potential. Be sure to check out his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='2130150' first='Braxton' last='Salster'] is a talented QB/LB/from Pleasant Valley who's dominated both sides of the ball the last few seasons.   "At QB, Salster is one of the most dominant rushing threats in the state. I genuinely feel like I'm watching HS Derrick Henry in some of his highlights. He's 6'5 210, has incredible speed, ridiculous contact balance, a mean stiff arm, and impressive elusiveness/change of direction to create TD plays almost every carry.   At LB, Salster is a threat every snap. He's instinctual, incredibly quick, and can diagnose and disrupt any play, any down. I'm really impressed with his tackling, coverage skills, and how he makes plays in pursuit. Salster is truly a fascinating prospect. I can't wait to watch him this next season; it'll be a blast."   Salster has seen his recruitment take off, listing offers from Arkansas State, Troy, Georgia Southern, and several others.   Salster put together some of the most fun tape I've seen in a long while. He makes playing both sides of the ball look effortless and is a talented prospect with a bright future ahead. If you haven't watched him already, be sure to check out his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1672205' first='Jason' last='Crenshaw'] is a talented EDGE from Prattville coming off an impressive junior season last fall.   "[player_tooltip player_id='1672205' first='Jason' last='Crenshaw'] is a dominant pass rusher that any OT in the state is going to struggle slowing down. He's ridiculously explosive off the line of scrimmage and has incredible speed and power that let him fly off the edge and create chaos in the backfield.   Crenshaw does a terrific job getting low to the ground and using his leverage to his advantage. It's really impressive to see in his tape from last year. The guy is virtually unblockable and was able to rack up pressures, sacks, and TFLs throughout the entire year. Prattville's defense will be one to watch this fall. They have a loaded DL going into this year."   Crenshaw is picking up a lot of collegiate attention this offseason, receiving offers from Kentucky and Arkansas State in the last week.   If you haven't watched Crenshaw before, you're missing out. He's a talented EDGE with a huge senior year ahead of him next fall- be sure to look out for him.
