North Dakota 27′ Rankings: Top Stockrisers

The 6'2 220 pounder is a pure tackler that has well-versed angles as a pass-rusher that has gotten better from summer camps with his tightness around corners. He carries the range of a linebacker-edge which makes me think that moving at the next-level as an edge rusher is a natural fit as Parnell can get to the outside edges more fluidly than most DEs you see in this 2027 group. He should be one to watch for at camps this summer, as I feel I will see some of the upside I saw last summer in Jamestown become more untapped. I not only am impressed with this young man's vision he displays in the backfield but the patience he fields strikes a chord with me in his eval with how he can turn those into big chunk plays. He also is one of the better finishers you will find in the backfield from a seperation perspective as the gap between Trysten and the secondary is quite significant and that consistency is no joke. The 6'2 180 pounder is also more a more physical runner than he might get credit for as I love watching this kid's stiff arm strength in frutition on tape. The 6'2 210 pounder has an impressive catch radius that he shows off when he uses his vertical and is one that takes a handful of dudes to bring to him to the turf as Tucker is one that surely has an upside to utilze that strength better to get more contact yards after the catch. Tucker also stands out as a run-blocker as his hands are quick to get in position and drive out quickly getting leverage with the blocker into the second leve and does so persistency which is what TE coaches want to see at the college level. Benet got extremely fluid on both ends of the ball in his junior season with the Thunder and what came with that is more power thru getting yards thru contact. The 6'5 215 pounder has soft hands shedding off blocks and has the accelerator you want to see coming downhill off those blocks showing off the athleticism that is there for the taking with the ideal EDGE size Alec has at his disposal.
