Coming off the heels of a challenging 2025 season which saw the Pirates finish with a 3-7 overall record, the West Orange-based program is ready to turn the page towards 2026. There are no weeks off in a grueling Super Football Conference, so having starting QB [player_tooltip player_id='751319' first='Jaylin' last='Bullock'] and starting RB [player_tooltip player_id='1230512' first='Leonard' last='West'] both return is a huge plus. With HC Bill Fitzgerald at helm for his 9th season, the Pirates are looking towards the future. Here's an early look at the known class of 2030 Offensive/Defensive Linemen that are ready to #GetOnTheShip.

Note: This isn't the NCAA or the NFL and things change. There will be additional lineman prospects added to the Seton Hall 2030 class as they're announced -- this is simply from my own research. There is no master list available, anywhere, at this time.

Out of all the 2030 linemen that I can confirm are setting sail with the Seton Hall Prep Pirates -- especially those in this write up -- [player_tooltip player_id='1475467' first='Santino' last='Lombardo'] is the prospect I've seen play the most during his middle school years. I also can't scream it loudly enough, that Lombardo is the type of young man a program (on any level) can build around. He brings a presence, he respects legacy, and he upholds a standard at all times. Simply loves the game of football and everything that comes with it. Mature beyond his years is an understatement. A tireless worker who gives everything he has, and then some, on every rep and every play. Has worked extremely hard to cement himself as one of the best 2030 pass rushers anywhere in the state. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have questions/concerns about where his physical ceiling is in terms of height/weight going forward, however, you can quote this write up for years to come -- [player_tooltip player_id='1475467' first='Santino' last='Lombardo'] is going to be an extremely successful student-athlete/human in this world.

In Austro the Pirates are getting a two-way lineman who translates more as a future Right Tackle than anything else at this point. Austro established himself as one of the top Offensive Linemen in Morris County this past season, earning an MCYFL All-Star Game selection in the process. Having watched him in the All-Star Game, in addition to other pieces of film while checking out various prospects, Austro has the potential to become one of the better OL in the state, but he needs to develop. His frame is very promising; I'm estimating he's around 6-foot-1 with long limbs and evenly proportioned weight. If he can add mass and continue to work at his craft, he could be a diamond in the rough.

Simply laying my cards face up and pushing all the chips to the middle, I don't know very much about [player_tooltip player_id='2121350' first='Lavell' last='Parrish'] at all -- outside of the three games I watched him play at AYF Nationals in December 2025. In that trio of games, I saw a prospect on the cusp of becoming something truly impressive on the next level(s) of football. Following the theme of potential in all the prospects in this writeup, Parrish certainly has it. Coming from a 13u Montclair Cobras team this past season that has consequently seen nearly every player commit to play at a private school, Parrish was one of the two Offensive Linemen that really caught my eye. He started at both Left Tackle and Defensive Tackle for the Cobras in 2025. If physical development continues for both, Parrish and [player_tooltip player_id='2059032' first='Dennis' last='Austro'] as booked Offensive Tackles ain't too shabby.

Prior to this past fall, which was Dilworth's eighth-grade season, I had heard rumblings that the Morris County resident had size and potential. After watching him in the MCYFL All-Star Game, I can confirm that he does have good size, plenty of potential and I'll add that he's not far off from realizing that potential. The reigning Denville Lineman of the Year is an instant eye-test passer with a strong, barrel-chested build. Plays the game physically and can make it extremely difficult to run up the middle from his DL position. In addition to what he does on the football field, he's also one of the top wrestlers in North Jersey. Dilworth is just hours removed (as of this write up) from a Tri-County League crown on the mat, as he went 6-and-0 with each victory coming via pin. In a year's time, we could be talking about who will pull the trigger first with an offer.

Just like his former (and future) teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2121350' first='Lavell' last='Parrish'], who is listed above, I don't know much about [player_tooltip player_id='2129890' first='Mark' last='Williams Jr.'] outside what I was able to witness down at AYF Nationals in Florida in December 2025. Fortunately for Seton Hall, they are getting both the starting Left Tackle (Parrish) and Left Guard (Williams Jr.) from one of the top youth football teams in the Garden State kast year. Williams Jr. was certainly a favorite of the coaching staff from the Cobras this past season. Coaches were quick to praise his ability to absorb coaching and then apply it on the next play or rep. Not a very vocal kid, but his work ethic gets the message across. Has a thicker, heavier lower half and plays with a high football IQ. I'll say it again -- the potential is here to play on Saturdays at some level.
