A small-town defender from Dexter who knows how to constantly put himself around the play, Mack may not have ideal size or speed, but he plays hard, he's consistent, and was one of of the top junior defenders in the region. He was extremely productive last season, making an impressive 128 tackles, four TFLs, and four sacks. He made at least 10 tackles in seven different games and made at least 15 tackles in four games. He's got a nose for the football and showed last year he's an active, sure-tackling defender with his best football still in front of him.

A versatile weapon who can make plays in the secondary or closer to the line of scrimmage, McWilson is a tackling machine who really knows how to hit. He plays hard, shows great instincts, and knows how to be physicasl when wrapping up the ball-carrier. He's consistently around the play and ended his fantastic junior season with 117 tackles, 11 TFLs, and two fumble recoveries. He flashed easy Power Four potential and could easily see new offers come his way this spring. He should also see a new Prep Redzone ranking come his way. Don't be surprised if McWilson is one of the best defenders in the region next fall as a senior.

A quick-reacting defender in Atlanta who sees the field well and knows how to wrap up properly, Siggers is a small-school defender in Atlanta who really shined last season as a junior. The playmaking, sure-tackling linebacker brings good size at 6-foot-0 200-pounds and was one of the more productive junior defenders in the city, making 107 tackles, nine TFLs, 5.5 sacks and two INTs. He's dependable, stout against the run, and is likely in store for an even bigger senior season in 2026. Look for Siggers to be added to the next 2027 Prep Redzone update this spring.

A South Georgia linebacker with a natural feel for the game, Cobb has the ability to read the quarterback and make a play in coverage while bringing a physical element against the run. He's a stout run defender who plays with good leverage, allowing him to shed blocks and deliver a physical hit on the ball-carrier. He plays hard, gives max-effort, and is fresh off a strong junior season where he made 100 tackles, 13 TFLs, two sacks and two INTs. He's a natural defender who will be one of the best in the region returning next season. Like the others, expect Cobb to be added to the next 2027 Prep Redzone update this spring.

Another instinctive defender who brings a level of physical toughness, Deal wraps up well at the feet and always puts himself in a position to make a play. He moves well laterally, shows above-average ball-skills, and showed D1-potential this past season as a junior. One of the region's top defenders, Deal made an impressive 99 tackles last season for Richmond Hill with six TFLs and five sacks. He's also picked off one pass in coverage while forcing three more fumbles. He was one of the more productive 2027 linebackers in the area and that should continue into next fall.
