Saldivar isn't just one of the top tier players in the Georgia 2030 class but in all of the Nation. With his ability, hands, ball skills, run after catch and all-around playmaking skills, he is beyond special. He will be a huge playmaker at the high school level and beyond. He has the twitchiness, lateral quickness and ball skills to lock up wide outs on the gridiron.
