Eugene was a new addition to the overall top-10 with his strong play at RT for the Bishop Gorman offense this season. The massive 6'6"/325 sophomore is a stalwart pass-protector that possesses the footwork, athleticism, and anchor of an elite OT prospect. He's strong and powerful in the run game, works well up to the second level, and controls defenders with his hands. Eugene picked up offers from Arkansas, Alabama St., Howard, and Georgia St. in 2025 and should continue to generate D-I offers and interest with the size and skillset he brings to the table.

Kahalewai was one of the biggest breakout prospects in Nevada with 11 receiving TDs and 10 INTs in 2025. Spring Valley's two-way playmaker (WR/DB) proved to be an explosive athlete with elite instincts and ball skills on both sides of the ball. He's a smooth, quick mover that can separate downfield with fluid speed, is a high-IQ route runner, and consistently wins 50-50 balls with his hands and tracking ability. On defense, he shows great eyes and awareness, can make plays at multiple levels/alignments, and offers elite turnover production. Kahalewai is flying under the radar after his breakout season but should be a riser on the offseason recruiting trail over the coming months.

Dobbs checks in as the top-ranked QB in the latest update to the 2028 rankings after a breakout campaign with Foothill last fall. The 6'3"/180 signal-caller passed for over 1,700 yards and 23 TDs as a sophomore. He's a long, lanky pocket-passer that can navigate pressure and shows toughness in the face of oncoming rushers. He's still developing his footwork and mechanics in the pocket but packs a strong arm, quick release, and can deliver an accurate ball to any area of the field. Dobbs established himself as one of Nevada's most promising young passers with his breakout sophomore season.

Sequeira put his name on the radar of Nevada's top 2028 QBs with his breakout season for Desert Pines last fall. The 6'4"/210 sophomore passed for over 1,400 yards and 17 TDs and rushed for another 6 TDs in nine games. He's a dynamic QB with the size, upside, and physical tools to potentially develop into the state's top QB prospect over the coming seasons. He packs a strong, explosive arm that can push the ball downfield with air or velocity and can move the pocket with his ability to throw on the run. He's a tough, physical player that shows no fear getting the ball out when facing pressure and can drive through tackles when using his legs as a runner. Sequeira carries potentially the highest ceiling of any QB in Nevada's 2028 class.

Kaai was a new addition to the 2028 OL rankings with his strong sophomore showing for Bishop Gorman's talented young OL group. The 6'2"/315 IOL showed impressive power, anchor, and quickness from his C spot in 2025. He shows his twitch getting into blocks after the snap, moves his feet well, and pass protects with great IQ and awareness. Kaai ranks as one of the top IOL in Nevada and will be a player to keep an eye on moving forward.

Yandall ranks as the #2-ATH in PRZ NV's 2028 rankings after showing his versatility playing QB, WR, and DB for Desert Pines last season. He's a dynamic athlete that totaled 8 TDs on offense (5 passing, 3 receiving) and 39 tackles with 3 INTs on defense. He's smooth and fluid at WR, brings a physical element to the secondary, and brings strong ball skills to both sides of the ball. Yandall just picked up his first D-I offer from Weber St. this month and should see his recruiting stock trending up after his productive sophomore campaign.
