Few leagues in Oregon operate at the level of the Three Rivers League, and the 2025 season reaffirmed why the TRL remains the state's benchmark for elite high school football. West Linn captured the conference title behind a decisive Week 7 win at Lake Oswego, putting itself in position for another deep postseason run. Lake Oswego, however, was the team that ultimately broke through, storming past Nelson and Central Catholic to capture the 6A state championship and bring another banner back to the TRL. Lakeridge produced a playoff win of its own, Tualatin pushed Jesuit to the brink in a one-point loss in the playoffs, and even Oregon City and Tigard showed competitive flashes throughout the year. With that context, it's no surprise that this year's All-Conference First Team is filled with some of Oregon's most polished, explosive, and physically dominant athletes across all 6A.

First Team All-TRL

OFFENSE

Quarterback

Baker was one of Oregon's most efficient and productive quarterbacks this season, posting 2,185 passing yards while completing more than 71% of his throws. His 29 touchdown passes to just two interceptions show how masterfully he operated West Linn's balanced, high-tempo offense. Baker's poise in the pocket and ability to extend plays made him almost impossible to rattle, even against elite defenses. Few juniors in the state controlled games the way he did.

Kurland guided Lake Oswego's offense with steady confidence, finishing with 1,039 passing yards and 11 touchdowns while managing the game at an exceptionally high level. Beyond the numbers, his dual-threat mobility became a difference-maker late in the season, especially during LO's playoff run. His calm presence and decision-making helped set the tone for a championship group. Kurland was one of the most trusted leaders in the TRL.

Running Back

Bell was arguably the best running back in Oregon this season, rushing for 966 yards and 15 touchdowns while averaging an astounding 9.96 yards per carry. His combination of vision, patience, and breakaway speed made him a constant home-run threat. Bell's late-season surge was instrumental to LO's title run. He was the engine of one of the state's most explosive offenses.

Sanoe was a workhorse for Lakeridge, piling up 837 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns while running with a violent, downhill style. His physicality wore defenses down, and he excelled at creating yards after contact. Sanoe brought consistency to the Pacers' offense every single week. He leaves as one of the TRL's toughest runners.

Craigwell complemented Bell perfectly, adding 596 rushing yards and eight touchdowns while providing explosive change-of-pace plays. His ability to slip tackles and accelerate through lanes made him a valuable weapon. Craigwell gave LO's offense the flexibility to attack defenses in multiple ways. His production played a key role in LO's balanced attack.

Rule emerged as one of the league's top young talents, rushing for 623 yards and six touchdowns while showing impressive maturity as a sophomore. He displayed excellent vision and lateral quickness, allowing him to thrive against strong TRL defenses. Rule's breakout season solidified him as Tualatin's next star. His ceiling is sky-high going forward.

Anderson was a steady and elusive presence in West Linn's backfield, finishing with 492 rushing yards and six touchdowns. His agile running style fit perfectly into the Lions' scheme, and he consistently broke runs. Anderson's leadership and reliability helped balance a high-powered offense. He was one of the TRL's most dependable senior backs.

Fullback

Allender epitomized physical football, serving as Tigard's tone-setting blocker while also providing valuable touches in short-yardage situations. His toughness and leadership kept Tigard competitive despite a challenging year. Allender consistently won collisions and created space for the Tigers' backs. Coaches throughout the league praised his effort and resilience.

Wide Receiver

Dearborn was one of the most versatile playmakers in the TRL, recording 483 receiving yards and seven touchdowns while also contributing on defense. His speed allowed him to separate quickly, and he brought a competitive edge that energized Tualatin's offense. Dearborn made clutch plays throughout the season, showing an elite nose for the end zone. His all-around impact went far beyond the stat sheet.

Molden continued to show why he is considered one of Oregon's most dynamic athletes, finishing with 480 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He excelled at creating separation and was deadly on deep shots and quick-hitting routes alike. Molden's ability to take over games in key moments made him a nightmare for opposing secondaries. He remains one of the TRL's premier two-way talents.

Rogers was a bright spot for Oregon City's offense, putting up 695 receiving yards and five touchdowns while consistently commanding defensive attention. His size and physicality helped him win contested catches, while his run-after-catch ability made him dangerous in space. Rogers proved he could produce even against top TRL defenses. He'll enter next season as one of the league's top returning wideouts.

Tropio was one of the league's best big-play threats, finishing with 440 yards and nine touchdowns while routinely stretching defenses vertically. His route running improved significantly this season, allowing him to win both outside and in the slot. Tropio's reliability in key situations made him the Pacers' go-to target. He was a matchup problem every week.

Tight End

Vyhlidal was one of the most complete tight ends in the state, contributing as both a physical blocker and a reliable receiving option. With 200 receiving yards and two touchdowns, he showed soft hands and strong route detail. But his dominance often came in the trenches, where he helped power LO's lethal run game. Vyhlidal was a key piece of LO's championship identity.

Center

Golub was the stabilizing force of Tualatin's offensive front, providing leadership and consistency through a challenging slate of opponents. His physicality helped open lanes for the Wolves' young and explosive backfield. Golub rarely lost leverage and consistently won interior battles. His veteran presence was crucial to Tualatin's competitive season.

Hall anchored the interior of one of the state's most physical offensive lines and consistently dominated at the point of attack.
