Injuries limited Gossling to six games during the 2025 campaign. The junior still managed to earn first-team all-district honors as a defense end after registering 12.5 tackles, 11 of which were of the solo variety. He also was credited with forcing a fumble. When watching his 11th-grade highlight video, we witness a wrecker of offensive game plans coming off of the edge. Gossling blasts off the snap, often putting the offensive tackle on his heels and off balance. If the opponent manages to get in front of him and lock him up, Gossling does well in separating with strength and violent hands. He keeps his eye on the ball and makes sure to play within the framework of the defense by setting the edge.

It's easy to get lost in the shuffle a bit when playing in a Waukee Northwest program stocked with college prospects. Staffs on the next level would be wise to check in the shadows for Kennedy, however, who flashed promising potential during the Wolves' first-ever trip to the state semifinals. He piled up 43.0 tackles with 35 of them being solo stops. Kennedy added three tackles for loss and intercepted a pair of passes. It's a broad base of skills that would work at safety or linebacker in college, depending on the scheme and how his body develops. His frame is capable of adding good weight. During his junior highlight video, we can watch Kennedy prove he's capable of delivering in powering up against the run or sticking with would-be receivers in pass coverage. He would do well getting into college camps this spring and summer.

Caster impacted games as a defense back and return man during the 2025 season. The junior recorded 22.5 tackles, 14 of which were solo stops. He forced a fumble and intercepted a pass as an active defender on the outside. Caster returned three kicks for 53 yards. His Hudl page doesn't yet house an 11th-grade highlight video but does include clips from individual games from this past season. On them, we see a safety-type defender that flows well to the football, fights off blocks with active hands and delivers tackles with sound technique. Caster appears to be a good athlete with speed and a frame capable of adding bulk without the loss of assets helping him already succeed.

Sandiford ranked among the Ram leaders with 31.5 tackles in 2025. The junior posted 16 solo stops, 8.5 tackles for loss, a sack and a fumble recovery. We can witness how he gets the job done when watching his 11th-grade highlight video. Senior lines him up in different spots in the formation, taking advantage of his broad base of skills that translate into versatility. Quickness and athleticism shine through, as does lateral and straight-line speed. Sandiford separates well from blocks and keeps his eyes on the target during pursuit. His back pedal in coverage looks smooth, and he changes directions well. With a frame capable of adding good weight and strength, Sandiford is a prospect to track.

Small was one of the most productive performers for a squad that reached the Class 3A postseason in 2025. The junior rushed for 945 yards (6.6 YPC) and 12 touchdowns, and caught three passes for 21 yards. He racked up 54.5 tackles, 42 of which were solo stops. Small was credited with 2.5 tackles for loss, a sack, an interception, a forced fumble and a pair of fumble recoveries. His Hudl page lacks a full 11th-grade highlight video, but there are clips from each game during this past fall. On them, we witness a running back picking his way between the tackles with sharp cutting and burst that gets him downhill in a hurry. There's power in his legs and effective pad level. Small's athleticism and speed also translate well to the defensive side of the ball, where he could project as a punishing safety.

Roth is a guy Prep Redzone Iowa has regarded highly for some time but hasn't done a great job of analyzing his development through the years. A scouting report is long overdue for the Carlisle junior. Hopefully, this write-up serves as a useful update on a talented prospect. In 2025, he registered 15.0 tackles with 13 of those stops being solo. Roth posted four tackles for loss and a sack. He's fast off of the snap with useful straight-line speed, as he shows on his highlight video. Lateral quickness also helps him contain the opposition and close in on it. Roth also flashes upside as an offensive lineman, where his athleticism and agility might be preferred. His frame is such that it can add positive weight and strength, giving Roth upside from here.
