The Iowa West Sports Plex was once again the hotspot for NE/IA talent this past Sunday as we held our annual PRZ Stock Up Showcase. Despite a snowstorm a few days prior, we still saw nearly 100 prospects show up to display their talents, ranging from seniors to rising freshmen.

Continuing coverage with a few of the players who really stood out in my eyes. Here are six prospects who SHOULD be on your radar asap!

Norwalk's [player_tooltip player_id='1584562' first='Luke' last='Iverson'] is a player who leaped onto our radar since stepping onto the scene as a freshman, and he continues to impress after a great Stock Up showing. Luke started with a bang after a strong combine session, recording a 4.9 40-yard dash, 4.23 shuttle drill, a 9'3" broad jump, and a blazing 6.7 L-drill (tied for camp best). These numbers translated well to the other drills, where he looked very sharp at receiver with crisp footwork and overall explosiveness. He is very quick to jump out of his stance and has the strength to fight off aggressive DBs in press coverage. Iverson builds speed quickly through the stem of his route and is smooth in and out of his breaks, showing he can create separation at the top of his route. Strong hands receiver who can attack the ball at the catch point.

One of the top returning passers in Iowa 4A lit it up at the Iowa West Sport Plex with a great overall showing from the combine to Indy drills and 1v1s. CJ looked solid from start to finish, opening with a 4.8 40-yard dash, 4.6 shuttle drill, 9' broad jump, and a 7.1 L-drill, all of which were near the top among QBs. On top of showing athleticism and mobility, Haug also flashed a strong arm, able to fit the ball into tight windows over the middle of the field and hit the deep ball with accuracy. Another thing I liked about CJ's arm talent is that he can throw with touch or put some juice on the ball to get it to his receiver on a line. He does a good job stepping into his throws and can display good footwork on his dropbacks. CJ already has the production on the field and looks primed to put it all together in terms of his development going into his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1114616' first='Christian' last='Dean'], 2026 - WR - Omaha Burke (NE) - 5'11" 160 lbs - (@ChristiancDean1)

Omaha Burke's [player_tooltip player_id='1114616' first='Christian' last='Dean'] had a head-turning day, catching the attention of several coaches. The athletic senior receiver blew the doors off the combine session right off the bat with a camp-best 4.41 40-yard dash. He also recorded a 4.55 shuttle drill, 8'9" broad jump, and a 7.5 L-drill in the other drills. Christian continued that momentum into Indy and 1v1s, where he displayed a top-tier ability to create separation through his route running. He is a very shifty receiver who is quick to get off the ball, with a twitchy release and an explosive first step downfield. During 1v1s, I was impressed by Christian's willingness to test DBs at all levels of the field, with the speed to go vertical and toughness when making contested catches over the middle.

[player_tooltip player_id='1192532' first='Landon' last='Dean'], 2027 - DL - Bridgeport (NE) - 6'3" 215 lbs - (@LandonDean42)

We got another "Dean" standout from Sunday's camp, this one coming all the way from Bridgeport in junior DL [player_tooltip player_id='1192532' first='Landon' last='Dean']. Landon is coming off a huge season in which he helped the Bulldogs to one of the best seasons in recent memory. He continued to show why he has been dominating the 8-man ranks with his combination of size and athleticism, along with his insane upside. At 6'3" and 215 pounds, Landon has the length to play DE or OLB with plenty of room to add mass to his frame before getting to the next level. I was very impressed with Landon's get-off at the line of scrimmage—he has a quick first step that shoots him out of his stance, and he showed he can get nice bend when rounding the edge. Landon's hand use was also impressive, as he does a good job of getting into the blocker's frame with his punch and knows how to hand-fight to disengage and continue pursuing the ball. Good power in his base to move blockers off their spot and can stack blocks to hold the edge against the run.

[player_tooltip player_id='2065484' first='Keegan' last='McLucas'], 2029 - WR/TE - Omaha North (NE) - 6'3' 205 lbs - (@k_mclucas56)

The Vikings reload once again with a strong 2029 class, and it looks like TE/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='2065484' first='Keegan' last='McLucas'] could be the headliner of the group. Keegan stood out immediately at 6'3" 205 lbs, and with him only being a freshman, there's plenty of time to continue maxing out his frame. Depending on how he continues to grow physically, I could see him playing tight end or a flex TE/receiver role, where he can use his strong frame to create mismatches along the formation. He does a great job using all of his long reach to attack the ball in the air to make "hands" catches, and then quickly secures the ball to complete the reception. Running through Indy drills, I noticed that he plays with cleaner, quicker footwork than most receivers you see at that age. On top of using his footwork to get a clean release, he also shows the ability to drop his hips to explode out of his break, and he flashed the awareness to identify how to attack an opposing DB's leverage in 1v1s.

[player_tooltip player_id='1924734' first='Simon' last='Hauser'], 2027 - OL - North Polk (IA) - 6'4" 265 lbs - (@simonhaus62)

Good-looking lineman at North Polk in junior [player_tooltip player_id='1924734' first='Simon' last='Hauser']. Simon is a big, lengthy offensive lineman who plays with good strength and heavy hands, allowing him to dominate at the line of scrimmage. At 6'4" and 265 pounds, Simon already has next-level size, and he plays with a strong base that allows him to anchor down to stonewall defenders. I was also impressed with Hauser's mobility, showing the footwork and lateral quickness to stay engaged with speedier defenders when in pass protection. With it being a "non-pad" event, there were limits to seeing Hauser's physicality, but looking at his tape, it's safe to say he's not lacking in that department, especially in the run game. Definitely a player to watch in the '27 cycle this offseason.
