With snow prepared to roll into the Hudson Valley, Athletes from across the North East packed into Hudson Sports Complex to compete, and showcase their skills at the Prep Redzone NY Stock Up Showcase. This was our first edition of the Showcase, which had its own event, after pairing with NJ for multiple years. With 13 Wide Receivers in attendance in Warwick, we take a look at some notes I wrote down for each WR during the showcase. For combine numbers, I will use the best attempt from each drill.

Tinsley solidified himself as one of the fasted players in Warwick as he had the third fastest time with a 4.56, in his 40-Time. Tinsley measured in at 5'7" 145-Pounds, displaying an undersized build for a WR. The Middletown prospect, had a solid showcase, and used had average combine results, but showed flashes during Indy, and the 1v1 portions. Tinsley, showcased good footowork, and the ability to make catches throughout contact, and with changes to his body. Tinlsey is an underrated WR, who if he can fill out his frame, can be a valuable slot receiver.

Goolsby was a prospect both myself and Nick were told was going to come to Warwick, and show out. He backed up all the noise, and had an amazing day. The 2028 Prospect, was in the Top 20 for each combine drill, and was the fastest man in Warwick with his 4.51-40 Time. Goolsby made multiple nice catches throughout the 1v1 portion, and showcased good footwork, which was on display with cuts, and a quick first step that gained him separation. He has good body control, and his hands showed on tough catches. Goolsby has a solid frame as a Sophomore, and if he fills it out throughout High School, he can easily be one of the top WR's in the state.

Magro entered Warwick with an impressive resume. A guy who attended multiple PRZ Next Showcases, had an impressive performance in his first Stock Up Showcase. Macro measured in at 5'9" 155-Pounds, and as a Freshman, has a great build with tons of room to grow at the WR position. In the combine testing portion, Magro showcased his speed, with Top 15 Times in the L-Drill, Pro Shuttle, and the 40-Yard Dash. He was equally impressive in 1v1 Drills, making nice catches throughout the portion. Macro displayed a quick first step, and I like his sharp cuts, which allowed him to gain separation, and make catches throughout the afternoon. Magro is a future Catholic League Star at WR.

Gonzalez was a deadly returner all year for the Crusaders, and make multiple other nice plays as a pass catcher, making him a name I was curious to see this season. His combine numbers were amazing, ranking in the Top ten in each drill. Gonzalez, proved he was one of the fastest players with a 4.61-40 Time. He measured in at 5'8" 178-Pounds, showing a solid frame for a WR. He can still work to fill out his frame, but he is on the right track. In the 1v1 Portion, Gonzalez flashed a quick first step, and good cuts which allowed him to gain separation. He combined that all with good hands. Gonzalez had an impressive showcase, and will be a name to watch for Stepinac this season.

Hawkins was another young prospect who caught my eye in Warwick. He measured in at 5'10" 173, showing an outstanding frame as a WR. He has room to grow, and I can see him reaching 5'11-6'0" 190-Pounds after all is said and done. Hawkins was another WR who dominated in the testing portion, and finished in the Top 12 for each drill. Hawkins had some impressive reps in the 1v1 Portion of the showcase, and this is where he mainly caught my eye. Hawkins made multiple nice catches, showing good footwork, and hands throughout the afternoon. I liked his ability to find space in the Dome, and displayed good footwork, which allowed him to get wide open targets. Hawkins is a rising recruit who will easily find himself ranked in the next 2028 Update.
