The 2nd team all district linebacker is excellent in space and reads very quickly to the football. Trust me this young man has elite speed and vision that can easily transition to the next level. Exceptionally route runner too, Barlay should see more reps on offense next year he has earned it. Miller was the poised leader the Stallions needed and he was one of the better quarterbacks in the region.
