BOOM Football held their annual Best of the Best camp on Sunday afternoon at Westmont Yard. The event, which in past years has been held on MLK Day weekend, was hosted earlier this year and saw plenty of top prospects from the Midwest in attendance. Here are four standouts:

Kane Switzki, a starter at Barrington High School, has a great size-speed combination. The 6-foot-5, 215-pound defensive lineman is surprisingly nimble and able to win on his first step. He has a great frame with long arms, a high butt and broad-shouldered. Switzki is an excellent pass rusher with the pads on, takes great angles to the quarterback and flashes a very high motor. Has plenty of room to grow and add bulk. No offers at this time. High academic prospect who college coaches should take note of.

Harris was not on my watchlist heading into the camp, but the 6-foot-0 defensive tackle flashed the goods. Harris is very sudden and explosive. He doesn't have an impressive frame and looks undersized for the position, but what he lacks in height he makes up for with a quick first step and great twitch. Harris dominated in one-on-ones as a great interior DT, eluding blockers and consistently playing with great bend and leverage. Tight and violent use of hands.

No quarterback was more consistent at the camp than Chapman. He has a quick release, smooth delivery and throws a nice catchable ball with great velocity over the middle of the field and great touch on the deep ball. I saw Chapman twice at summer camps at Notre Dame and Purdue, and the top Badger State signal caller has the goods and keeps getting better. Strikes me as a very mature young man.

Normally BOOM does not attract many great linemen at their annual event focused mostly on the skill positions, but this year proved to be an exception with Class of 2028 offensive tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1052306' first='Javell' last='Donley'] leading the way. The East St. Louis (Ill.) offensive lineman has narrow shoulders and could lean out a bit more, but he has good foot speed and great use-of-hands to mirror edge rushers effectively during one-on-ones. Displayed a agood lateral set and ability to keep defenders between his feet in pass pro. Has time to fix frame and get better over the next two seasons. High upside prospect. Holds offers from Eastern Illinois and Lindenwood
