He's got good size at 5'11 and at 180 pounds he's already filled out well. His explosion is exceptional and surprising for a kid at his age. And after watching his tape I walked away even more impressed. He's a shifty, hard-nosed runner that's going to grow into one of the best backs in NJ for the next two years.

I thought Darren's athleticism stood out amongst all the athletes at camp-let alone class of 2028 kids. He jumped a 9'5 broad and his explosion was obvious watching him move. He can grow, and likely will, but he could play DB at 5'8 right now and give college level athletes fits. There's a reason we've got him ranked as NY's #1 DB/ATH, I'm a big fan of his game.

I thought we got some numbers and names mixed up when I watched Emmanuel Butler test. But, after double checking, I can confirm Emmanuel Butler is a 6'2 freak pass rusher that's still got 3 years left of high school football in him. He tested amongst the best athletes in camp and he's every bit of 6'2 201. I always feel like these events are catered towards skill positions. It's easy to get caught up in the receiver/db 1 on 1s, it's easy to watch quarterbacks take 3 step drops and throw the ball around the yard. It's aesthetic, it's where everyone defaults. But Emmanuel Butler might have been a top 5 most impressive athlete at the event, and we didn't even get to see him put in situations to maximize that athleticism. Look out. This is a guy I'll be closely following.

Mason's a super smooth receiver. He's got the perfect size for the role he plays in an offense. He's super fleet of foot at 6 foot, and rock solid at 196. Moves super well in and out of breaks. Strong hands and natural ball skills. He's an above average athlete too. His broad jump was 8'6.5, above average at the camp. It's not easy to find someone receiver comes so naturally for.

I wish we had more measurements at camp, because one of the biggest things that stood out to me about Diggs was his arm length. With long arms and his size at 5'9 165 Diggs projects incredibly well in pass protection. He's already got a pretty filled out frame which is encouraging. I'd love to see him get a little more explosion, get a little more powerful in his lower body. That'd be the "cherry on top" so to speak. But I'm intrigued with the dimensions he can add to an offense.

Another prospect who just screams "smooth." DB comes naturally to him, he moves well on his heels, moves well horizontally. I feel like the theme of this group of evaluations has been age, and it stays true here. Tyburczy is a 2028 that's already got great size for a DB. 161 is pretty good weight at his height as well. He's a punt returner as well, which, we didn't get to see shown off at camp, but speaks to his natural athleticism and what value he adds to a roster. He's a guy I'm looking forward to keeping an eye on.
