A breakout senior running back who shines on both sides of the ball for the West Forsyth Wolverines, Davis is coming off a terrific regular season this fall as a senior, rushing for 1,224 yards and 20 touchdowns so far this season. He ran for at least 100 yards five times and has rushed for multiple touchdowns in seven games. He's coming off a dominant round one game against Westlake where he rushed for 163 yards and four touchdowns during West Forsyth's big 42-28 win. He'll need another big game as the Wolverines take on a really strong Hillgrove team. Look for Davis to also see a big bump in the 2026 Prep Redzone rankings this winter.

A powerful back from Suwanee with impressive top-end speed, Mazone has been an effective runner all season long for North Gwinnett and is hoping to end his high school career with a championship. He was a reliable weapon out of the backfield this fall, rushing for 714 yards and nine touchdowns. He's coming off a really strong performance in a round one win over South Gwinnett where he ran for 89 yards and two touchdowns in a 49-16 win. Things will get a little tougher in round two as Mazone and the Bulldogs take on a talent Lowndes Vikings team. If Manzone can get the job done on the ground, look for North Gwinnett to keep their strong season alive.

One of the more slept-on running backs across Georgia, Wood is a tough, tackle-breaking back who had a fantastic regular season this fall for the mighty Carrollton Trojans. The 5-foot-9 200-pounder brings a muscular frame and plenty of speed, torching defense with both his physicality and sneaky speed. He's been one of the more productive backs across West Georgia this season, rushing for 1,026 yards and 26 touchdowns so far this season. He's hit the 100-yard mark six times and has run for a touchdown in every game. In a round one win over North Forsyth, Wood ran for an impressive 133 yards and two touchdowns on just six carries. Wood and the Trojans have state-title aspirations on their mind, but they've got an impressive Harrison team in their way this weekend in round two.

An under-the-radar athlete still looking for a home at the next level, Green is a fantastic playmaker for the Brookwood offense who can make plays in several different ways. The Broncos rely heavily on junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='474084' first='Brayden' last='Tyson'] in the run game, but Green is a strong No. 2 back who can also help in the passing game and have an impact on special teams. Green ran for 579 yards and seven touchdowns at running back while catching 17 passes for 183 yards and one touchdown. The versatile senior was outstanding for Brookwood during their 42-21 win over Archer, rushing for 129 yards and two touchdowns. Now, Green and the Broncos have a big round two matchup against Valdosta.

A talented Atlanta-area back in the 2027 class, White shares the carries at Newton and is coming off a really impressive regular season this fall as a junior. He's strong enough to run through tackles, but it's his impressive breakaway speed that was on full display this season. The promising back ran for 875 yards and 13 touchdowns this season and he's playing his very best at the right moment. During Newton's round one win over Peachtree Ridge, White ran for an eye-opening 152 yards and three touchdowns in their 33-14 victory. He also ran for 187 yards and three touchdowns the game prior to that. Look for White to continue running hard this weekend during a round two game against Buford.
